Clean, good spot, nice staff

Valet service very expensive and not necessary Saw lots of open spots on the parking lot where we could park the car ourselves. Did not tip as I thought a bit abusive the price for no reason

Excellent, clean updated facility. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with different hot options each morning. Attractive breakfast seating area with pretty view of the pool, river and boats. Room was spacious, bathrooms modern, bed super comfy etc. Very pleased - def recommend.

We don't mind walking so it didn't bother us - but main shopping/tourist area is about a half hour walk to the edge. And you need to walk another half hour to get to the other side of historic district. If you want to take your car in and out - valet parking and tipping can get a bit $$ if you do it several times a day. But it was efficient and friendly, and we expected this in an old historic city with little parking options.

Location was ok. Breakfast was ok. Room was large and accommodated our family of 6 nicely.

That I couldn't find anywhere on the website that I would be paying for parking at $25 a night. They blamed it on booking.com but I looked on the primary website as well. This left a bad impression that the price didn't include parking and I felt like it was deceptive. Everything else was fine but we were on a budget and parking wasn't included in that budget. I probably would have looked elsewhere if I had known parking wasn't included.

The location was convenient we walked to downtown. Also the property was kept nicely enjoyed the pool area and the outdoor breakfast seating I wish there were more cheers outside for the tables they're seem not to be enough with everyone eating outside.

More variety on breakfast would be good with the inclusion of waffles pancakes french toast or something else. Also, why was there mandatory valet parking when the entire lot was open? That was an extra that was not . A hot tub on the property would be very good and additional seating outside also in the room a larger couch that you can actually lay down on this was too short

Great location!

Daily Parking rate of $25.00 per night for a three star is excessive. Guest has no other options and have to pay. Parking should be free but $10.00 is more reasonable for paying and staying guest. Location was great but I will probably seek other hotel vendors in the future...

the property was in a good location for the price we wanted to pay and get to downtown as quick as possible. I loved our suite with a king in 1 room and couch/living space in the other. we were comfortable, it was clean, the pool was beautiful, the gym was well appointed and the breakfast was fantastic every day. Also, you now can login to Netflix and see the shows you like on your account and upon checking out, you are automatically logged out.

the parking rate of $25.00/night was a surprise. I wouldn’t have minded paying for it if I knew it was there. be prepared for that.

The overall cleanliness and location were wonderful.

We had a 1 bedroom king suite, room 505, and everything was well cleaned, but there were multiple locations in the kitchen that were just gross. The handles on the fridge, cabinets, and microwave were just greasy finger print ridden spots. Smeared residue and just grossness on the locations. I have photos of the locations and spots. Making use of the kitchen is very easy, but not when someone leaves snail trails of their disgusting food ridden fingers all over the prominent handles in the space, it is not. It was quite gross and off-putting beings it was literally the first thing we saw walking into the room having to walk thru the kitchen.

Great location! It was right down the street from downtown so getting to and from was a breeze. Really friendly staff and the breakfast was nice.

We got there Friday and had to drop our things off and head out to a family gathering. When we got back we went straight to bed so it wasn’t until the next morning that we were able to look at the room. The room itself was really nice and clean, however when we explored the kitchen we found a bag of food/trash under the sink and the silverware were covered in something oily. The spoon had streaks of what looked like peanut butter. We informed the front desk about it l, but no one ever came up to take the trash or change out the used silverware. We had to flag down someone from housekeeping to take the trash. To their credit they refunded our parking at check out when we mentioned it to the receptionist.

Nice hotel, nice property

The shampoo bottle provided was empty, they surprised us with the 25 dollar parking fee, as only valet parking was available, parking lot and garage were very large and convenient, we shoukd have been able to park ourselves. It was a hassle to wait for your car every time, even though it didn’t take that long. Parking your own car is much better. I won’t stay there again.
