Melissa the receptionist on our arrival and departure was excellent, helped us check in a bit early and made us feel welcome and safe, and always smiling and friendly. Thank you! Also lady on last night extended our check out time a little which was helpful for our packing.

Cleaning was ok but no vacuuming of the room and some things like toilet paper not always replaced. The place in general however felt clean, we got someone who was trying to hurry through we felt.

Check-in was very efficient. The front desk personnel greeted us and smiled when we walked by. The maids were extremely helpful. The suite was exactly what was pictured online, perfect for what I needed. Very spacious work area.

On night 2 of 3, I dropped the ice bucket full of water on the carpet. I called the desk for help, and there was no one, as she could not leave the desk. I had to send my son down to get towels to put on the carpet. No one checked on us the next day when there was help.

New property. Well maintained. Great staff at front desk The front desk clerk named Mellisa is great with wonderful personality and attitude. Helps make guests feel at home. Always smiling It has become my favorite in St Petersburg. Plan to go back soon

The bed were a bit too hard! We older ppl! Wasn't used to the bed! The first morning of getting woke up! Other ppl leveling out of their rooms or the cleaning crew but they were nice and respectable, freshened up our room, with fresh Bath towels, it was nice to come back to thank you 😊

it was clean .

there were several baseball teams there with teenage kids that kept running up and down the hall way slamming doors till 9:30 pm . Front desk couldn't do much except talk to the team coach. noise calmed down about 10 pm but it was disconcerting not knowing what it was in the beginning. the whole room would shake and very loud banging noise.

I liked that the room was a good size, modern and comfortable. I also liked that it was clean when we arrived and that every day the cleaning person came to organize our room. The staff was professional and friendly. The location was convenient with Target, Walmart, a small shopping center, and gas stations 5-7 minutes away.

The hotel itself felt safe, was clean and looked nice, but the surrounding area was a bit sketchy. There were people walking barefoot at night in the parking lot, and I didn't know if they were coming from the beach or if they were homeless. I also saw a lady who appeared to be performing a religious ritual in the parking lot. I'm not sure what she was doing, but she was walking around a tree in the parking lot, barefoot, and seemed to be mumbling something too, like prayer, perhaps, only God knows.

The breakfast was very good. The mattresses were just right. Front desk / staff were friendly and courteous.

The service of the staff was freaking amazing! The breakfast, the ease of scheduling another day, easy access to stores, restaurants and the interstate! Hands down I think I’ve found my favorite hotel in Pinellas County!
