The location is a MOST! Less than 5 minutes walk to the aquarium, Coca cola, restaurants and more. Really good location and the rooms are comfy and big

We had a confusion about the parking payment, at check in said it was included and we parked there but when we checked out it was included but in our bill, and is $50 more so, be careful with that.

Breakfast was great, perfect start to the day. Very convenient location with the aquarium and Olympic park close by. Comfy beds. Really nice employees who checked us in. Beautiful view of the aquarium and park from our large window.

It sounded like some one was running around in the room above us on Friday and Saturday night (we were in room 717). It lasted for a couple hours each night. We couldn't figure out if it was a kid or if someone was working on the room or maybe doing maintenance nearby. I also blew a fuse using the hotel hair dryer and I wasn't able to reset it myself. I called later in the day as we needed to get going and it was fixed immediately.

Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was only decent. I expected better. The French toast sticks were dry and tough both mornings we ate. I had hoped the second morning might bring a different option like pancakes. The yogurt and fresh fruit were good. Staff turned off the lights in the eating area 5 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end. That was quite rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Definitely expected better from the Hyatt. Parking was so expensive.

Great location, close to everything we went to Atlanta for. We basically walked everywhere. Breaksfast was good. Room was clean and roomy. The temperature worked well. Pool was small but it was good. Gym was decent.

One down fall was parking like you HAD to pay for valet. I didn’t really care for that but it’s was my only option, then they didn’t even had carts for your luggage there , you had to go get it yourself. Bar was super expensive

We chose the hotel due to the close proximity to the aquarium and the Coke Museum. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not bad, plenty of options open.

Nothing was bad, mostly just personal comfort. My husband and I thought the beds were too soft, but we also understand that it's not something that can be changed. I also find having to pay to park at the hotel when paying for a room at the hotel is a bit much, but I do understand the profit to be made off such a perfect placement.

The breakfast was good but would like minor changes, such as a waffle maker instead of toast/bagels or bacon instead of sausage. personally, I loved the fruit (berries), leave that alone but could possibly add apples or rotate apples and bananas.

Sometime had difficulty with the elevator & room card reader. On one morning of my 6 day stay the breakfast opened late. There may be one or two other things but I'd have to give it some thought so it would be just knit-picking.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the variety of the complimentary breakfast. Hotel security was also good.

The regular price was increased because of the SEC Championship game that night and , while I realize this is typical in Atlanta, the room was twice as much as we have paid when we have stayed there before. Ir was a short walk to the Georgia Dome so we booked it for its location.

Super convenient location. The hotel view was nice. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious.

Paying $45 to park a night is too much when the hotel fee is so high. The parking attendant was a smart aleck when I told him I was told to park in the parking deck by the front desk clerk. The room door did not shut without extreme force, in fact, it was open when we arrived for check in. The bathroom door handle fell off with the first use of the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling was leaking so much that there was a huge puddle in the floor by morning. It leaked directly above the toilet so the toilet could not be used without getting drizzled on. I feel like for what I paid to stay here, I should not have had any negative experiences.
