The location of the hotel is close to everything. Their breakfast is very good. The gentleman that checked us in that evening was very pleasant and helpful. I'm sorry I forgot his name but he had really long red hair that he wore in a ponytail. The head housekeeper was very helpful too.

The pillows were terrible. Need new pillows. Also we had a very thin blanket and a sheet on top of that. It was very cold when we came. It would have been nice to have a comforter on the bed. No microwaves but they do have a microwave in the breakfast room

Everything was great starting from the online booking, and the room was paid in full. Upon arrival, the check-in was quick and smooth. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me pleasantly and was very helpful in answering my questions. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Many restaurants to choose. The location was perfect. The breakfast included was great. There are many things to choose from. Thank you to all the staff that put it together. To complete our stay, we had a wonderful sleep. The mattress was very comfortable. Our thanks to all for making our stay pleasantly comfortable.

It was close to everything we needed. We were safe secure. The staff was helpful in any way and made us feel comfortable. The room was perfect for what we needed. Having included breakfast was a nice needed touch on those days you needed substance to get the day started. The bed was soooooo comfy and omg the water pressure was everything. After days of walking and adventures to come back to the shower the bed and the ac.....I'm staying here everytime I'm in the area. Anthony was able to help me out on the day or my early arrival and it was smooth sailing until I checked out. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were absolute treasures and I thank you all for a great stay! The front entrance is so comfy and welcoming and the location was easy to find. I literally walked everywhere because the hotel was centrally located. There's convenient stores and food places pretty much within a block. Great place!

Staff was phenomenal. Oliver and Anthony C made my stay worth it. Their customer service is exceptional and they are happy to help with any issue you may have. The breakfast was good and convenient and the location is everything! I will definitely stay here again.

Night time desk clerk could maybe smile, but it was 4:45am when I checked in so I am sure he was tired. Also there was no hair dryer in my room and we really needed one; when we asked the lady downstairs for one she said she could get one out of another room but it would be tomorrow. That wasn't any help to us because we needed it that night. lol

The staff was excepti9nally nice, helpful, and attentive. The location itself felt very secure, though parts of yhe nearby neighborhood were a bit questionable at points.

There was a smell in the hallway on the front end of the floor I was on. Brief, but there. Smelt of urine. It was gone the last day though, and sis not permeate all over. Would also be nice to have the taller toilets. Most people arre 6 ft and taller.

It’s close to a lot of places you may want to visit like the Georgia Aquarium, the Staple center or the Illuminarium.

There was a lady holding a plush Groot doll talking to it as if it were her child during the time I was waiting to check in but it’s Atlanta so it’s not the hotels fault. She’s also a nice lady so it didn’t bother me until she started breast feeding that poor stuffed Groot but I’m sure everyone will not have the same experience but 10/10 on everything else including the pricing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything worked out well for our essential stay. Only a few things we're off, all in all quick and easy with perfect staff.

We didn't both need it, but the shower didn't drain the water well. And, the telephone in the room didn't work at all. We were just going to use the wakeup call, but had to set our phones in stead.

Enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, as well as the friendly staff and good breakfast. Especially enjoyed the patio. The hotel was very close to the Marta station and had great restaurants nearby. The view from the top floor was very beautiful.

The rooms are a bit stuffy and small. Only one of the ice machines worked. The breakfast line tends to be long and the lobby full during that time.

The receptionist was amazing and super helpful on such a stressful day.

I was only there for a few hours due to a flight cancellation but it was a little expensive for a few hours

The Hostess (morning) was the best and kitchen staff. I enjoyed their hospitable personality and courtesy that they presented. The breakfast was great and fresh as well. I loved the sense of safety that is provided to the customers.
