Loved the location for the price. Super close to both State Farm and Mercedes Benz arenas as well as Olympic Park. Got to walk and enjoy the evening air for the Kane Brown concert.

Only big issue I had was the food. Never stayed at a hotel where there wasn’t complimentary breakfast. I understand that there was a more expensive breakfast option, but to even charge for generic continental breakfast was a bit of a shock for my fiancé and I.

Quiet, comfortable beds and convenient.

Parking wasn’t available and the common areas need to be updated.

I really enjoyed the text feature that you have to offer where you can text the front desk and with my experience they responded in a prompt timely fashion. There is a Metro City Diner that is walking distance which is pretty good. There is also a Subway that is walking distance as well. The gift shop and the Starbucks were great features to have inside the hotel as well for optional choices for snacks and food. They had food trucks outside as well which opened at 2:00 p.m. and they were good.

Our room was very warm and stuffy feeling throughout the whole stay even though the AC was set at 60. The garage is very very tight and the way that it is set up that you have to walk along a pathway through the garage to a side door in order to enter the hotel is very confusing. Not all doors are working to be able to gain access with your car key either. Our stairwell on the first level was locked during the entire stay which is a fire hazard. The layout of the hotel is very confusing. For instance there are two different first floor levels. It takes a couple days to figure out the layout of the land. We found a big spider in our room the first day we were there but after that there was nothing we just let it go outside.

The guys, especially Albert is always courteous and friendly.

I was disappointed with the staff or the one person working in the Starbucks Cafe. Upon check in, I had received a $10.00 voucher to be used in the hotel. Well, I decided to use the voucher prior to checking out. Therefore, I had ordered a Large Latte and had gotten a pastry. My subtotal was possibly close to $10.00, but when taxes were added, my total was about $.059 over. When I am traveling, I don't travel with cash. The young lady waited on me to scan my credit card for $0.59 cents. I thought that her actions were very tacky, yet totally unacceptable. This has happened more than twice. I think once I had to scan a credit card for $0.39 cents. Finally, I only ordered a coffee which is far more less than $10.00 in order to avoid an extra fee of less than $1.00.

Checking in a was breeze the lady was super nice, sweet, and patient with me…

Well, when I walked into the room, the room smelt really clean, but for some particular reason, there were housekeeping stuff all over the room, pink caddie bucket with clean supplies in it. Drawers were pulled out. There was a broom just laying around and I asked, is this room clean or not?, and instead of the lady answering my question the first thing she said was…. don’t call Management … Next, we went downstairs to the restaurant. Everything was all good until we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before we order and there was nobody there. Unfortunately, two other people came in after us placed their order and left within a 30 minute range 30 minutes later, we are still sitting there, And I had to get someone attention just for them to actually come take our order and To pay..,

The bar was a comfortable place to sit down with fellow conference guest. Additionally, the food at the conference I attended was very good. The beds in the room were comfortable and the room temperature was easy to adjust. Finally, checkout was easy. I received an email on my phone the day of departure and within 5 clicks and a couple minutes, I was able to skip the long lines in the lobby.

Parking and Service Fees added up quickly. It was expected for an inner-city location but it made an affordable hotel expensive. The lobby was always packed with people as the airport was sending stranded travelers to the hotel during the snowstorm. In terms of the rooms, they were clean, but the bathrooms were really small, and the desks did not have a chair.

Nice set up. Clean and Comfortable. Nice indoor pool area.

Woke up the first morning to 3 Roaches racing up the wall. The cleaning lady who spoke no English, used cleaning solution as an insecticide. Open the fridge later that day and about 20 more came from under the fridge. Very noisey if you're on outer wall. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear homeless guys arguing in the back alley in the middle of the night. Why charge for Valet when they literally park your car on site? Just let visitors park their own car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and handled the large influx of guests due to an ice storm professionally. the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also did not price gouge due to the storm, and offered a very reasonable rate.

The hotel is a little dated. The carpet could use a refresh, and the rooms are of the older style, with lockable doors between them. this caused a problem because of the air pressure., everytime a neighbor would open a door, the other doors would shake, as if someone was tryimg to enter your room. as a light sleeper, it woke me up several times. there was also a very faint, sporadic beeping noise every 10-30 seconds, which may have been from a neighbors room, or possibly the elevators down the hall.

Real review: The hotel is a large cavernous convention hotel located downtown in an area of large convention hotels. It is surrounded by chains restaurants, and bars that cater to the many of the large groups that must come through here. It must have been built in the 80's, and although it must be constantly upgraded, it looks a bit tired and dated. Carpets get a lot of use, and are worn in the public areas. But it is not obvious. I stayed 2 nights in between a couple of conventions, and the hotel was empty. I paid a very low price through booking.com, but was upgraded to a top floor king suite. Great value for the money. I don't think that would have happened if the hotel had been full. Good gym (empty), large indoor pool(good), restaurant (tourist grade). Bed was very comfortable, good shower, decent bath amenities. Overall, just fine for a business related stay qowntown.

Very large hotel. With LOTS of convention space. Long walks to and from room. When I was there, it was empty. If I were a single female or the nervous type, the long walks down empty hallways might bother me. However, it was common to see security people, even very early in the morning when I went to the gym.
