The Location was everything! We were no more than 15 min from all activities without traffic. Staff were also nice and the room was very clean

From the lovely receptionist when we arrived late, to check out 5 days later, it was an all round fantastic family holiday stay. Great friendly staff all five days, whether at reception or at the super included breakfasts (including scrambled eggs and like 8, half very healthy, toppings, for the oatmeal) each morning that easily beat the $100 breakfast for our family of 5 at Waffle House the day before our stay. Immaculately clean room spacious family room with comfortable beds (exception being sofa bed, which was just the usual you get). Parking was easy but not free, but fine as I knew that in advance and the room, especially given the breakfasts, Location is great in itself, but without peak hour traffic or traffic jams it only took like 12 minutes to go to attractions downtown like Georgia Aquarium and the wonderful MLK experience. Family enjoyed the Botanical Gardens light display so recommend that if it's that time of year. Also highly recommended a day trip to the lovely little town of Dahlongia (all ages thoroughly enjoyed the Gold Museum and antique shops., but optional is stopping at the Outlet mall a few minutes south on the way home).

The staff wad extremely nice. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Keith Harris was a pleasure to meet. His warm and approachable demeanor made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was wonderful! There were so many items to choose from. The breakfast staff also were super friendly and spoke to everyone as they were restocking breakfast items. There was a gentleman waiting at the breakfast (unfortunately I didn't get his name), he greeted every guest with a beautiful smile and told us where the breakfast and beverage items were. He even came around to see if guests needed anything else. This hotel is fabulous.

I have no complaints. My stay was awesome.

The guy at the front desk, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, but he told me he won a tv at the Christmas party, he was so accommodating. He made us feel like we were at home & he was so easy to talk to. We were there for my son’s 6th birthday & he had the best time swimming in the pool and having a big bed all to himself. The beds were comfy & spacious , & overall it was really clean. The breakfast was really good too, We will be back!

The room was good, but a bit smaller for a suite, based on the position of the bed to the TV. It was pretty clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Everything worked, so no issues there.

I did not know that there was a holding fee of $100, and I booked 2 rooms, so that was $200 extra dollars, so that was very surprising. The location was not the best. You really have to drive everywhere. There was only one restaurant across the street, so we ate there twice, because you know Atl traffic. The breakfast food was the basic, that included sausage, eggs, cereal, waffle, toast, yogurt just your basic breakfast food, nothing exciting, just OK, but they did keep it fresh and hot. The room was never cleaned.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable the room was clean. The breakfast was nice. The pool was clean. The staff were very nice and professional. The suit had 2 beds and a pullout couch. Everything worked. The television worked very well and was new. The WiFi was very good and my husband was able to get some work done. There was a very nice desk and lamp for him in the room, he was very comfortable while he worked.

The guest were noisy, nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel is right beside the highway and a traffic light, which is good for being able to find the hotel but terrible because of the traffic noise.
