Continental breakfast was a great bonus. There was plenty to choose from that was more than enough to fill us up when we came in the lobby to eat. The staff was very friendly and courteous, always greeting us with a smile. If the guy at the front desk was on the phone when we walked up, he still took the time to greet us and begin check-in while still taking care of the customer on the phone. Great multi-tasking while still having a smile on his face and very friendly. The only glitch was at checkout with the lady at the front desk. She wasn't as friendly and barely acknowledged us as we stood at the counter, although she was quite efficient and quick.

The lady that checked us out wasn't quite as friendly as the guy who checked us on. She was quite efficient and quick with the checkout though. Worst part of the stay was having to climb, crawl and pull my short 5'4' body onto the bed that sat too high for me to get on without some difficulty and the worried about falling off.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed!! All of the staff was helpful and friendly. If u needed anything it was taken care of right away! The pool was perfect!

Breakfast was great, location ideal. Hours could have been a bit longer on the pool though, we never got to use it because by the time we got in for the night it was either closed or about to close and it's not worth it for 10 minutes of pool time.

Well, there could have NOT been a roach on the floor of the bathroom that I had to flush down the toilet.

I was able to prepay. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfy. They had the ac already on for us and waiting.

Someone who was staying in rm 130 was very rude to one of your morning staff and I feel that the staff member handled it well but I can't stand rude people. So it wasn't you all it was a guest that was so rude.

It was well kept up Breakfast was good. Lots of food Pool was awesome loved sitting by it at night

The people here that run this motel are kind friendly for the past of attitude.They're heard to help you.That's what we're all looking forward to hotel , right

They have their hot water.Turn down a little bit so it takes a brilliant , long time for the hot water to get hot

Breakfast need more bisquites and gravy days

The Indian lady at front desk telling me my tv was out because of the weather. The weather and quickly terminated the call and hung up on me.. at the time I called the weather was clear and no wind..

The staff is so rude and one white lady is really rude ,smart mouth Ms jorading .... I went to ask about the why she put breakfast up right 930 ,I got at 940 with it been New year .... She me a speech about short and what the time it end So i said Im calling coorapte .....She still talking I said it effect if people stop coming And she hide my driver

I liked that breakfast was served at the correct time. I also liked that the room stayed cool during the entire time I was at this location.

The bed was not the same in the description but i didnt have any issue with sleeping.

I put a 50. Deposit down you only returned 20 back to me ..I left the room cleaner than it was when I rented it! So I'm very upset about this I have recently lost my phone so I have been unable to fix this ..but I plan to get the rest money due to me!

Although I had another room due to bed bugs I had to relocate to another room..I didn't make a big deal nor did I ask for a refund so why would you keep 30 of my money..
