I loved the bathroom, especially how hot the water was. I wasnt feeling good after traveling, and the heat was just what i needed.

I travel with my toddler, who does not like showers. The room had a shower, no bath so i couldnt give my toddler a bath. To get a room with a tub, id have had to pay more for a different room and it wasnt in the budget. I also only recieved one room key when there were 2 adults listed in my stay. It was really inconvenient. The beds were too soft so i didnt sleep well either. Not everyone can sleep on soft mattresses. Rooms should list the type of mattress available, so people like me that need medium-firm can book appropriately and you can get better reviews from customers.

The room was easy to navigate with the wheelchair. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has automatic doors, and there is plenty of room in the lobby for the wheelchair to navigate.

The shower head wouldn't stay up, so it just sprayed straight at your face. It was a handicap tub instead of a walk-in. The elevator foyer was quite small, it was hard to get in and out with the wheelchair.

Staff was considerate Offered a choice of floor Room was neat ! And comfortable. Also easy to use room temperature controls Had all the simple amenities in the room

Parking was quite tight Kind of difficult to get out of the parking lot One negative. Not your fault. Limited places to eat nearby

Everything was updated and super clean. The lady that checked me in was the only person I’ve ever talked to (of all of the IHG hotels I’ve frequently visited) that elaborated on making sure I’d get credit for my points and explaining the app and how it would benefit me.

I assumed breakfast would be included since all of the Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed in included it, but I guess they’re not all created equal. This one was by far the cleanest and most updated. That was nice.

The receptionist (a tall gentleman who works on Saturday and Sunday morning on 10/21-10/22) is friendly. He always greeted me with the biggest smile.

I can smell the food from the kitchen in my room. The walls are too thin that I can hear everything from outside.

The breakfast had good selections and had generous hours (until 9:30am) for those who like to sleep in! It is a new property, so everything was in good working order and looked clean.

Coffee pot at breakfast was empty twice during the visit and there wasn't any staff to notify.

Newly remodeled room, great bed and soft pillows. I checked under mattress and in the seams and didn't see anything suss. Nice bathroom and lobby.

Breakfast was not that great, I would rather have a better quality continental breakfast with less options than a bad traditional breakfast. Coffee looked like weak tea. At least it was free though.

Room was nicely appointed. Bathroom was great. Very clean. Bedding was excellent, Internet at good speed., TV channel selection excellent. The breakfast was quite good, food replenished quickly and eggs and sausage hot.

Asking the lady sweeping ,saw me with full cart. Wouldn't help opening the door and I just left out the door.

Breakfast was great but you need more than one person working. That lady was working hard trying to keep the food on the bar.

The lady serving the breakfast could not keep up with the bar. She need some help. She was a very friendly lady and I wanted to help her.
