Your staff was so compassionate to help us during a very difficult time as we lost our loved one unexpectedly when we got to Boise. Betsy and Sue shared hugs and prayers for us and we were gifted with two additional nights when we had to extend our stay. This kind of care doesn’t come along often. It says a lot about your hotel and how they value their customers and treat them like family. Thank you for this.

Very nice accommodations for the value. Lots of good parking and great location for 1-84 Freeway, airport and downtown access. Located on a dead end street in a clean safe area. Breakfast was a complete breakfast and sitting space was very good.

Small cosmetic repairs need attention such as USB outlets which don't work and need of towel racks in bathroom.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel mini freezer for TV dinners for purchase was under repair but desk staff found 2 dinners stored in the back area for us. They also got us a ground level room right near an exit because we had our dog w/ us. Bed was super comfortable, best of all the hotels on our trip. Great breakfast options. Super happy to find they had sugar free syrup for the waffles, a rare bonus for a diabetic person. Convenient location (new property) in a nice neighborhood - not sketchy at all on a side road (no hwy noise if you request nort side room). It has a public park w/ tennis courts just across the street, near to airport has an Appleby's resteraunt just a block or so away. We stay here every time we travel through Boise.

No coffee at breakfast. Coffee maker was on the fritz.

The room was very nice, young woman, who checked us in last night, and was there again in the morning was delightful. They had a pretty decent breakfast, the wide variety of eggs and sausage, waffles and oatmeal, cold cereal, toast, small bagels, etc.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Although I think I left my book there and I’ve called to report it, the man I spoke with who took my name and phone number, didn’t seem terribly interested in finding it for me. It was a brand new book, so I hope they do find it. M Train by Patti Smith.

The hotel was nice and clean, good breakfast, quiet, friendly desk.

The bed was too firm and blankets were tucked too far down that I had to sleep in a hoody because I couldn't get them pulled up around my shoulders. We requested a ride back to our hotel via shuttle as we had been waiting 2 hours after a concert and Uber was unavailable. The gentleman said he would check and call me back. We did see the shuttle pick some people up but it wasn't us and I never got a return call. We were stranded until 1:30 am. I would have appreciated that call back and we would have gladly paid the shuttle driver.

We liked being able to pop right outside and go to Applebees. Whenever we stay at the hotels near the airport it's always a bit of a challenge finding something close by to eat. This location was quiet, easy to get to, and had the convenience of a resteraunt we liked right nearby. The bed was comfortable, liked the big bathroom counter and double shower options. We LOVED the lighting, especially the bedside reading lamps and usb ports.

The pillows were quite bad and uncomfortable. We've stayed at much lower budget hotels/motels that had much more comfortable pillows. The hotel advertises firm and soft pillow choices, but we couldn't discern any real difference between all the pillows on our King bed.. We found all of the pillows to be extremely flimsey and lacked any support, even piled up together. This made for not a great sleep. The lights all went off on me during my shower. They must have been on a timer, and the light switch is not clear about the settings to know this up front.

This is my number one prefered hotel in the entire US. The staff is always great, the rooms are comfortable, the place is super easy to find off the highway. Also, the rate is always comparable or better than surrounding properties.

Noticed that the room needed the ceilings cleaned...bugs caught in cobwebs. Nothing that can't be taken care of quickly and easily

The beds were VERY comfortable! Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. Breakfast was tasty and filling. I would choose to stay there again!

Breakfast had a pretty limited selection of foods, but good variety of drinks. Tub was slippery while showering and I was afraid I may slip, but fortunately didn’t. There was a bra left in one of the dresser drawers from a previous occupant. Housekeepers should check that!

Housekeeping was excellent and cleaned our rooms daily even though it said every 4 days. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good. Guest laundry was clean and all in excellent order.

Just a little aged, some frayed carpet and dinged walls. Would have liked a daily change to the main course of the breakfast. Bacon, eggs, sausage gravy every day.

Elevator too hot, understand it was cold two days prior but elevator was not adjusted properly.. Garbage outside where benches are, was flowing over and not even a second trash can was provided. I understand probably a maintenance person's duty, not the people at front desk. However they should be advised of a second, garbage can that they can place outside, so.garbage isn't blowing around. U don't want Boise to turn into a city where u see garbage on the side of every highway.. .....
