Room was great as expected. At breakfast staff had to be reminded that coffee was run out.

Lodging for seniors in upper level with no elevator or support for luggage transport. When using Booking .com I was unable to adjust original booking and after several attempts to correct that failed I struggled with but finally got direct line to Vista Inn from an alternate source and was able to correct booking (your staff at Vista Inn are great) I will never use Booking.com and will continue to share my pain with all that will listen.

Fantastic room, super clean, decent breakfast options, will stay here again.

Only complaint - The front desk guy was gone when I arrived to check in. He was not where the sign he put out said he was. I tried calling the number for the location, but the phone just rang nonstop. The desk guy eventually showed up about 10 minutes after I came in to check in.

Indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast had a large variety. Very comfortable beds and room. Staff was great. Very very clean. The layout was perfect and accessible. Modern and beautiful. Came with our large family so there was plenty of seating for us to visit.

In room 162 we could hear the water being pumped to the ice machine in the hallway through the vents in our room. The noise kept us up a bit.

Great staff at check in, quick and easy as I had already made my reservation online.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and I can see that being a problem so some of their guests. I was able to haul my bags up to the second floor, though I can see how might be a problem for some. To be fair, there might have been rooms still available on the first floor, but I wasn't asked if the second floor would be a problem for me.

The pool was nice. It was quiet and easy access. Breakfast was good and filling

The light comes through windows when trying to sleep. They didn't clean room or bring new towels when staying 3 nights. Our room never got cleaned.

The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty quiet.

We were put in a room smaller than the original reservation. The bathroom / shower area was smaller than expected. A little cramped for 2 people. We were not informed about the smaller room at the time of check-in. We were pressed for time to check in and get to our event so I could not risk trying to change rooms.

Clean room, hot breakfast.

Contrary to what one hotel clerk told me last week, the check-in clerk expected my sister to present her own credit card, ignoring my credit card used to reserve the room.

The hotel is clean and very close to the airport, about 5 or so minutes. The staff at the reception was very kind and accomodating of our request to be placed in a room at the first level. We called about our request a day before our arrival and it was given to us without hesitance. They serve breakfast from 530 am to 10am. That was awesome and saved us a little bit there.

Right next to the airport, staff were amazing! Were able to store our luggage after checkout until our flight. Decent breakfast, nice pool, VERY hot hot tub.

The hot tub jets need to be serviced. Some not working, most not working correctly.

I love how some of the rooms were inside the enclosed hotel, it was very peaceful. The breakfast bar was so great. The staff was so kind. The pool had great hours.
