We had a huge giant open room for our anniversary. An amazing jacuzzi time where you could dim the lights and light candles and it was the perfect romantic getaway that we needed

Some low-carb breakfast options would be great. That even missing that they do have cereal waffles all that sort of stuff so they have a pretty good assortment of breakfast items.

Wonderfully large room.. Actually had a window with a screen that we could open and leave open all night! Was very quiet! And had feather pillows!

At check in, we were asked if we wanted daily maid service. You only received it if you requested it. I said I did, that at least make the bed, fresh towels and glasses/cups. We returned in the evening of our first day after being at the ball field all day and nothing was done! The desk gave us towels and glasses, and the next day our room was made up. Wasn’t very happy the first evening though.

The breakfast was good: not fancy, but hot scrambled eggs, potatoes, patty sausage, and self-cook waffles. Coffee, juice, cold fruits, etc. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours! Large parking lot easy to find a spot to park even after returning in the wee hours. The flatscreen TV was a decent size, with a large number a of cable stations available (c-span, hbo...).

The breakfast bar gets congested due to the L-shape. Also tables and counters remain messy a bit too long (that is due to the selfish nature of our modern piggy society wherein people don't cleanup the messes they make...tsk tsk). The single elevator is slow at times. I thought it was slightly overpriced (just like all the others in the Boise area).

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. We were on one of the top floors, and I really appreciated being able to use the elevator to transport our luggage to the room. The room itself was large enough for the two queen beds and a small sitting area. It was a very nice, well-appointed space; everything was clean and tidy, as represented on Booking.com. The area of the hotel was near a large mall, and if it had not been so hot, we probably would have walked over and checked it out more than we did. They had complementary breakfast and a pool. Perfect for what we needed.

The elevator is pretty small for people and their luggage. We had to wait a few times to take our things up to the room. I found this a pretty minor inconvenience during our stay.

We got a great deal on a room with three beds--one of which was in it's own section with a separate tv and sink. The room was very clean and comfortable and provided all the typical accommodations found in hotel rooms. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool is open 24 hours and was clean and well managed. There was a fitness room right by the pool as well. The hotel was not far off from the freeway and was in a good quiet part of town. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

I can't think of anything except that the parking lot was quite full so we had to park just a bit farther away, but it was still not bad.

Room was really good. I was booking through booking.com and needed two rooms for 4 adults and two kids. Was able to get right rooms and fit everyone. Breakfast was pretty good, really good coffee and cottage cheese(a fresh one). Location is perfect a lot of places to eat and pretty kids friendly.

I was booking using 'booking.com' and site has suggested a room with 2 adults and 1 kid the issue is there were not sleeping beds for kids in those rooms at the moment I arrived. I have to work with hotel to change that. Something is broken between 'booking.com' website and actual property to 'room with kids' part to work correctly.

Convenient location. Hot breakfast. Reasonable rate. Comfortable room. Free parking and WiFi.

Noisy upstairs neighbors (unsupervised children playing loudly after midnight). But a phone call to front desk resulted in the problem being addressed promptly. And our request to change rooms in the morning was fulfilled quickly. Our new room was wonderful and quiet for the remainder of our stay. Would prefer weekday breakfast hours to last until 10 am like weekends.

The breakfast was a little on the skimpy side, everything was empty and gone. The fruit was all canned and not fresh like it used to be. Milk 🥛 pitcher was empty, supposedly the breakfast lasted until 10 but it was empty at 9 am

The breakfast and the coffee could be better. Got in at 1 am after BSU game and the end table and chairs had to be lifted down, and previous guests food was still in the fridge. Went outside and key wouldn't work for me to get back in the building 🙃

Great stay - ideal for shopping! So close to everywhere. We just stopped one night on a long road trip so didn't get to explore Boise itself but we wanted to shop and every store we could think of was in a 10 minute drive as well as lots of dining options. Would definitely stay here again. Room was huge and I liked that the sink was outside the bathroom so I could do my makeup whilst the shower was in use. Parking was ideal too.

The pool and hot tub were a decent size, and the pool was heated and a nice temperature. the rooms were very nice, spacious, and was told the hotel is getting a face lift inside and out 2023 September. Continental breakfast, they had eggs with little sausage in it the the biscuits were heated, I wish I tried them.

The beds were lumpy. Why is the light switch and sink outside the bathroom? Rooms outdated, but they are updating soon,it is now sep 2023. You have to check out the pool towel at the front desk due to thieft, change it back to the smaller towels, and put them back, definitely not coming back because of this. Toaster was outdated at continental breakfast, but that is the only negative thing I can say about it. All the lights in the room were all very bright, kinda hard when you want one light to move around in the dark while others are asleep. One soft light would have been nice.
