I spent a few days at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and overall comfortable. Please know that the hotel is devided between several buildings. I stayed at the building fardest away from the main building. Staff at reception is super friendly which can not necesarily be said about breakfastroom staff. The latter may have been because they are from latin decent and they came across as scared of guests. I did try to break the ice every morning and on my last day I got a smile out of 1 of them. Mission accomplished 😀 Breakfast in general is good with changing hot options every day, so don't think you can get the same sausage twice in a row cause you can't. Which I personally find refreshing because especially when being in a place for a few nights it's nice if you can have different options every day. Coffee was reallyyyyy good and ao was thw cranberry juice in the juice machine. All in all I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was super comfortable and huge, everything was super new and clean. We liked breakfast.

The big party near the "kitchen" with a lot of drunk people - so we didn't really use the territory to walk around with the kid. Also it wasn't even possible to open the window in our room, the A/c was super loud as well - the problem was that the building was under reconstruction, so it smelled BAD, there was even a sign on the elevator asking people not to use it... so we ran away in the morning to breath some fresh air, but our clothes smelled like paint for a very long time.

Our room was well appointed and comfortable. It appeared the floor we were on, 4th, had been among those first renovated. We used the stairs as directed, whenever possible, and there was a nice deck near the stairs that allowed us to enjoy a pleasant June evening before retiring. Breakfast was awesome!

The first floor, at the very least, was under construction. I was made aware via text that there was construction in building 9. Imagine my surprise when I learned that this was the building we were sent to. From the entry, signage stated we should use the stairs, but we found the elevator operational, so we used that for our arrival (luggage) and departure.

The welcome at reception and instructions on how to get to my room (the accommodation is spread out over quite a large area) after a long tiring day. Plenty of free parking. Given a token for a free 'standard brand' beer at the onsite Tap bar too. The room (3206), reached by a lift, was large and overlooked a field so was quiet (there is a small airport near by, so heard a couple of planes but not an issue due to limited arrivals/departures). The usual facilities such as a good sized fridge, very big TV with a wide selection of channels, microwave etc. Bed was comfy and large. There is a small bath with a shower (takes a little time to warm up) and an array of toiletries. Complimentary breakfast is available and is fine to 'fill a hole'.

My main gripe was the lack of a plug in the bathroom sink, which makes having a wet shave tricky - so I didn't bother to have one. The hotel block's communal areas are a little tired but I did note work was being carried out replacing the stairs carpet.

Facility was very clean and inviting. Parking was located right outside of our entrance. Entry and hallways smelled and looked very clean, were updated and trendy. Our room was also very clean, had been freshly remodeled. Guest are given a free drink pass for all individuals staying and the morning breakfast had variety and was very good.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel and that is something that is rare for me with hotels!

Room was as described. Check-in, although we had to wait because of other customers, staff person was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast offers were as expected.

We went to the bar after eating dinner at another restaurant and there was 3-5 young women in the bar extremely loud so much so we could not stay in the bar. When we went we observed other people walking into the bar and leaving for the same reason - obnoxious bar people. It was too bad because we were looking forward to a nightcap.

The accommodations were perfect for my family - there for our daughters graduation - we had 7 family members in the loft - all slept well. it was a very nice place...kitchen a little small but not a big deal. we were comfortable and I wish I knew about the location sooner. We dined at the Tap and it was very good - the staff there amazing. I felt like I was at a ski lodge .

The hotel was great! A little ceiling touchup could've been done on the downstairs bathroom but that's nitpicking. The facility was beautifully landscaped and inside was super clean! We got our complimentary drinks and bought myself a mixed drink that was perfect! The free hot breakfast was good, the gravy not so much but overall I liked it and there was plenty of options! Definitely recommend staying here!

Mattress was slightly hard for me. The same breakfast options on both days would have been nice. Saturday morning there was eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, bread, jelly, bagels, muffins, butter, yogurt, apples, oranges, cereal, milk, coffee and juice. Sunday morning they left out the biscuits, gravy, butter, and jelly but put some honey out that was disgusting.

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival! The room was perfect! The grounds are so beautifully kept, we enjoyed sitting outside and meeting some of the other guests! The location of the facility is near anything you could need! The staff are just out of this world fun and friendly and accommodating! The food was top notch! Huge continental breakfast, the Italian beef egg rolls are to die for! This was our first time visiting Bloomington Illinois. We plan on making this an annual trip for the Tailgate and Tallboys Festival. It's a sigh of relief to know that we found the perfect place to stay each year!

No complaints or concerns whatsoever

The entire staff was more than welcoming and more than accommodating, delicious food at the bar area, cute little fire pit area nestled in between the suites. Easy walking distance to restaurants and stores entertainment center with bowling, mini golf and volleyball. Rooms were nice and big had a nice table in the kitchen, a couch the king bed was comfortable bathroom was roomy.
