Staff were very friendly, and our stay at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. Room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The hotel's location in the center of Carbondale was exactly what we were looking for. Hotel breakfast and general facilities were great.

The room was on the smaller side, with the queen bed not being long enough. There was some noise from the train running through the city next to the hotel. Room lighting was a bit annoying, with each light having to be turned on separately with no master switch. Minor things that wouldn't keep me from staying at the hotel again.

I thought the room was very comfortable for my use of the bed- very clean- easy to park and close the the lobby. I was at an event around the corner so the location was perfect. Breakfast was good.

Couch did have a burn mark in it and not very comfy but I would not have had a couch in a regular. room. I would have liked the option of just a room without a suite. It was more than I needed.

Staff was very kind. Great customer service! The breakfast was great too! Honestly one of the cleanest hotels and the staff made our stay great

If I had to complain about anything it would be the water pressure and the blankets were not warm oh and one of our electrical outlets didn't work so we were short some light

Great location in downtown Carbondale for visiting a student. Really enjoyed the outdoor set up in the front. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Included a kitchenette and hot plate if needed. After checking in, room service texted to check in that everything was ok with the room. They also checked in the following day which was nice in case we had needed anything. Husband is a train fan so he slept on the side of the bed facing the window to watch for those. He thoroughly enjoyed that!

Very clean, rooms were well appointed and organized. The location is very convenient. We didn’t use the fitness room but it was well equipped and looked very clean.

Breakfast was ok but didn’t resemble the photos in any way, and there was a wait for clean plates, coffee, some food. Front desk staff were fairly efficient but didn’t smile and greet us when we walked in, we didn’t feel very welcomed. Exception was a (security?) guy who was very friendly and greeted us every morning

The room was large and comfortable. Great location, close to campus.

Although it didn’t impact my comfort or sleep, it is very close to the train station. Trains are required to blow their horns at all times of the day and night.

One of the night time workers were a little rude with someone that was under my reservation and it wasn’t very professional of him to be treating a guest like that
