The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and housekeeping were nice too. They checked us in early as per our request, very welcoming we enjoyed it The room was spacious and included a microwave which was a huge plus for our long stay. Sofa bed is queen size I think so it could fit 2 people. Location was fantastic! Most touristic sites were within walking distance. Safety was good too

No room service for food - although they have like a mini market at lobby. No safety box in room, if needed we had to put our stuff down in the safety boxes at the lobby's back room ( I don't know how to describe it but basically we get a box with a key and they take the box into the backroom were they had like safe to put them in or something) This was weird and nothing I have experienced before.

I loved the heated pool, friendly staff, and my stay in general felt luxurious and peaceful :).

Great location, walking distance to lots of places. Clean and recently refurbed rooms with very good showers and comfy beds. Blackout blind super helpful. The view is the view, not much you can change in the city. The pool was an added bonus. Never saw anyone else in there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful with tips on places to eat and how to get there.

Breakfast is non existent. It’s not a real Starbucks if they only serve the awful US drip coffee. Better off walking around the block to a real Starbucks if that’s what you want. Misleading hotel info about the bar terrace next to the pool - there is no bar and alcohol is strictly prohibited on the terrace. Be careful on sat nights. It seems the young adults from outside the city sometimes gather for a night away. Had to call security at 3:30am to deal with neighbours having a loud post-evening drinking session.

The location was excellent, and the staff was absolutely top notch. They were so friendly and helpful, it was awesome!

Not much! The door handle on our handicap room was a bit tough to open, and the valet was too small to hold trucks. Also the elevators should be more efficient!

i was really happy with the location. it was right by the venue we came to town for and was super accessible by foot. we also had late night cravings and having two 7-elevens and a subway closeby were awesome

there was a little weirdness with the tvs and the fridge when we got there, but that was resolved quickly. also, for whatever reason, our room didnt have body wash in the shower, but i imagine that was an oversight

The location was perfect, and the staff were really friendly, and there was a coffee/tea maker in the room. There were really good restaurants close by.

We could hear the sirens from the streets, but i guess this is true for all downtown.

Staff and location

We had to track down housekeeping to change out towels, refill shower conditioner, and dump our own garbage. One room had a clogged sink at check-in and we had to call 3 times to get it looked at. Maintenance then left the drain debris in the floor and a mess behind.

Convenient location to where we needed to be. The bed was comfortable and the room was cute and clean.

Parking is down the street and around the corner literally and without having to ask where it was we truly didn’t know, we ended up just doing valet. The valet people were nice and courteous though.

I really enjoy everything about this hotel. It is one of the only places I can actually sleep comfortably besides my home. But the star is unbeatable. There is no comparison to this level of customer service. They are full service and can accommodate any need even without the restaurant that I'm sure is coming but the location is so central you are surrounded by all the good food anyway and with all the apps it's not a real issue. This is the spot to be and the only one I'll use. Highly recommend.... you won't regret it.

Nothing i didn't like!

Location is very good, close to river and city center. It is also convenient to order Uber or go for dinner. The room structure is also good. Bed is comfortable. Coffee and machine is provided.

But the room cleaning service is very confusing. I don't want the room cleaning and told receptionist. However, the cleaning staff still got in my room and threw away my personal towel. It is very bad experience. I am very angry of this.
