The rooms are modern and comfortable. The fitness center is small with just three machines and no weights or stretching area, but I appreciated having somewhere to run on a treadmill. The free shuttle service from the airport and back to get the metro into downtown was helpful. Excellent reception from the staff.

The breakfast wasn’t great from a health conscious perspective (all bread, waffles, and other sweets) and it ended on the early side at 9am. The location for arriving to the city is too far, but convenient for the airport.

I liked everything about our stay! The staff was friendly, always welcoming and helpful with tips. We really appreciated that because it was our first time to Chicago. The shuttle to the airport was a great plus, breakfast simple, but solid. Rooms are big and super clean. Excellent value for the price.

The hotel is 1.5 hours from downtown, but they offer free shuttle to the airport where you can take the blue line. Rooms are not soundproof, which wasn't a big deal for us because we are heavy sleepers, but there is that.

The room is good, I didn't see any problems, the bathroom could be a little more modern, good hot water, cleanliness too. Good service at reception, attentive and calm.

I really didn't like the behavior of the van drivers, they left me without a transfer to the airport simply because I didn't schedule it a day in advance. On the last day of the van with only 2 passengers the driver also complained that I didn't schedule it, and I was left at the door waiting for the van, even on the advice of the nice guy who was at the reception.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the convenience of the shuttle was perfect for my layover. I felt this was great value for the money when compared with other hotels in Chicago.

I was disappointed the only option to arrange for the shuttle was to call. As an international traveler on a layover this meant I had to turn on my roaming for one phone call costing me $14. Option to call through a Web based app like WhatsApp or Facebook messenger would have been much more convenient as I could have used the free airport WiFi. In the absence of this option would be nice to see a courtesy phone to use at the airport.

I have a hard time with hotels because the beds are usually uncomfortable. I found the beds at this hotel very comfortable. I slept very well.

The shower was bad. Not nearly enough water pressure. I love a nice hot shower, but without good water pressure, it was not very enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort, and especially the staff. Based on the super low rate that we paid, I was expecting a terrible experience, but we missed our plane, and we were trying not to spend any extra money. I have never stayed at a hotel in my life that had better staff interactions. Incredibly helpful and pleasant!!!

The carpets in the hallways looked like they have been through a couple of wars, but they were clean. Things did not smell bad, and they were not dirty. Just old...

This is our third time staying at Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport. We like that it is close to the airport and find the value good. We stay before or after a flight since Chicago is a bigger hub for the area. This time we used the hotel shuttle to get us from the airport to the hotel and the manager communicated with us how long it would take and what the van looked like through the Booking.com messenger feature. Hotel included a simple breakfast in the morning.

For the price everything met our expectations!

Convinient stay near Chicago O'Hare Airport, room well equiped with really comfortable beds, option to use swimming pool, availability of free airport transfer. Nice breakfest. In general it is a good place to stay while arriving to Chicago after really long international flight, to deal with jet lag but mainly for one night and travel further.

We had a problem with ordering airport transfer while we arrived as we didn't have option to call via mobile phone network only WhatsApp and mobile internet - maybe it would be good idea to use number connected to WhatsApp for that. Vending machines were mainly out of order or faulty, once it charged me the amount and didn't provide the drink I ordered - not great experience. Swimming pool was ok but in general it seems that hotel would need some kind of refreshment/investment as some amenities are quite old/neglected. Baggage storage would also be nice to implement

Excellent location only 10-20 min from ORD and accessible by shuttle, quite affordable, clean and comfortable room. The lady at the reception suggested we take an earlier shuttle back to the airport than what we had in mind, and I'm glad we listened to her because the check in and security lines at ORD terminal 5 were insanely long and we made it comfortably in time for our onward flight.

Drivers were only partly helpful loading and unloading luggage, and we were expecting more help because we traveled with a lot of luggage
