This hotel offers parents of children who are attending McKendree University a special price during their stay. They explained that they are giving this special price because if your child is enrolled at McKendree, they know that more stays in the future are likely.

In my opinion, the first morning, the breakfast person (who prepares all the breakfast foods for every guest) was a no show. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but the front desk people didn't even know about this absence until being informed by guests. Eventually a manager had to come in and prepare morning food - which was an hour late.

Location was perfect for us and the room was great. The staff was very helpful. We kept busy and didn't use any of the extras but the pool

The pool was super crowded abd the hot tub was over run with little kids there was little to no parental super vision and mt eldest sons told me that a man wouldn't allow them pool towels and told them if they paid him $5 each they could have one! Front desk apologized for the inconvenience but it was upsetting we couldn't enjoy the pool when we paid quite a bit for our room

The desk clerk, manager, food and beverage staff and housekeepers were all friendly, courteous and professional. The hotel was clean, well lit and safe with ample parking. The evening meal and drinks was a welcome site after a hectic day of traveling. The breakfast offered many choices and everything was warm and delicious. The Drury at O'Fallon provided a warm and inviting home away from home. I am recommending Drury hotels to all my friends and family.

Breakfast was great. The evening happy hour with drinks and food was a super touch!! The staff during happy hour was very pleasant and efficient. The room was very nice, roomy & comfortable.

The room was very nice however, there was no other service for the room, unless we asked for it (such as extra coffee). This was a last-minute reservation. I would not have normally paid this much for a room because we are seniors on a fixed income. We were offered use of the pool but did not use it because it was always full of kids. It was very noisy & chaotic. (not the hotels fault)

This hotel stay was absolutely great. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was on it and the dining area was packed. They kept up with the food and cleanliness all the while being very busy and paying attention to how guest was handling the food. All of the employees we encountered seemed to be happy and were pleasant! Love checking in to a hotel with happy employees. The grounds and the facility were very well kept up and the rooms were clean extremely clean and comfortable!! A major plus for me! Everything else was supplied and perfect. Love having the soap and shampoo dispensers vs the bottles. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone and would come back in a heartbeat. The price of this hotel was well worth the stay! Thank you Drury Inn for caring about your guest!

No trash can liner or lotion. Not deal breakers.

Breakfast and evening buffets were both excellent with plentiful selections which were kept refilled and the serving area kept clean. The kitchen/serving staff were wonderful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and being friendly to customers. Getting two meals a day plus drinks in the evening makes the stay very helpful on the budget. The rooms were clean, landscaping maintained, and lounge/sitting areas plentiful and clean. The location is near the interstate and shopping/restaurants, some within a short walking distance or quick car ride. This Drury Inn is exceptional and well managed. We would definitely choise it again!!

Would like plain non-fat Greek yogurt as a breakfast option and bananas not so ripe.

Everyone was super nice! Loved the drinks at kickback. Beds were comfy. Hotel is clean. Plenty of luggage carts. Check in/out was seamless. Pool guy was super nice!

Staff needs education about dietary restrictions. Other Drury Inns have been way more accommodating when we have asked about ingredients in the foods during breakfast/kickback. Specifically gluten and dairy. Pool/ hot tub are small. No lotions in room. No popcorn was available when we checked throughout our stay.

The staff was amazing. Best staff I have ever had. The rooms were so big and comfortable. The food was awesome. The pool and hot tub were great. One of the coolest pools because it was indoor and outdoor and you had to swim under a barrier to get outside. Kids loved it.

Nothing. This is the perfect hotel. All other hotels wish they could be this hotel. Best stay I have had since the last time I stayed at a Drury Inn.

The breakfast was really good. Beds were SUPER comfortable! My husband, who "likes his bed" , and doesn't like to stay anywhere, was very happy with the choice and said the bed was nice and comfy and slept well! Staff was great as well. We will absolutely be staying at Drury Inn & Suites again, wherever we my travel next.

That we were just passing through and didn't have time to enjoy some of the other amenities!
