Very nice staff, flexible with check out time. We stay there for 9 days. Breakfast is good but getting boring after a few days. Staff are extremely nice and friendly. Location is good as BL is a small town so it’s close to everything. Room is very clean and very good size, well organised. The studio is coming with dishwasher and microwave, easy for some quick meals. Free coffee in the lobby all the time although I’m not a fan of American style coffee, but as it’s hard to find espresso in the town, it’s better than nothing. Overall very good experience staying there.

The stay was very nice. Rooms were big and more than expected. All though we were only there for a couple days, the rooms are definitely set up for long stays which made our couple night stay even easier and more enjoyable. My family and I were there for an IU basketball game and we were able to walk to Assembly Hall and avoid the parking situation and traffic. It made our kid's first IU basketball game even more of a success! My kids also loved the hotel pool. It looked clean and well kept.

I don't have any complaints really. My only thing I would say could be better would be that I hoped there would have been more non-processed, packaged items at breakfast. There were pre-made breakfast sandwiches, egg 'omelet' and hash brown patties, which were all good. But having bacon and /or sausage links and scrambled eggs would have been a better choice for me personally. But overall, breakfast wasn't terrible.. There was a nice selection of other items plus the waffle maker (although on busy mornings this causes the breakfast area to get a bit congested).

Had a long stay so it was nice to have the free breakfast and pool. Staff was super friendly and the room was nice and large.

The carpets in the room were flithy. The dirt that we got on our feet from the carpet would transfer from the carpet to the tile in the kitchen and bathroom which would make a mud mess when wet. Then would also have to worry about cleaning our feet before getting in bed.

room was very comfortable and quiet. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. liked the breakfast and complimentary water.

the entry to the hotel had an area of uneven surface that was not even marked with yellow paint. it is where the ramp turned into a raised sidewalk. I was carrying our belongings out and my foot turned on the uneven pavement. I fell to the ground spraining my left ankle and breaking a rib. The hotel bus driver saw me and offered me a hand up, but no one came out to check on me.

The room had so much space. It has their own bottle of shit poo conditioner and body wash Really good breakfast, And the stop was really nice they helped, I love how I had a dishwasher in the A decent size fridge and it's microwave plates It had its own kitchen besides A stove

The hotel was a really great stay. The pool and pool room where comfortably warm. The rooms where great, roomy, and comfortable! The staff where great! I felt safe staying there. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

The only problem where the bathroom doors in your room. I didn't like that they slid shut which could cause it to be loud even when trying to shut it easy. And it wouldn't lock.

The parking lots and entryways were not plowed/cared for from the previous days of snowfall. We stayed in room 404…attention needs to be given to the inner shower. Mold on the inside of the glass door seal at the bottom rail. Otherwise, this is is a nice stay!

Good location, nice room, great staff.

We were there for the eclipse in April 2024. Prices were astronomically high, and it was a bit much for a home2 suites. About 700% more than normal.

coffee options were good.

They need a few more breakfast choices. very limited on the sandwhich selection.

Very clean facilities and pleasant staff

We appreciated the divider curtain between the bed and sofa bed. However, the divider curtain was see-through and wasn’t good for privacy.
