The unit was a much more pleasant experience than your average hotel stay. At night the unit is quiet, dark, and safe, making it quite easy to get a good night's sleep. The unit had pretty much anything we could need, with the notable exception of shampoo. The location was very convenient for many things, such as a few good restaurants and such.

The bathroom in the unit we had is small and tight. It works out, with one exception, but if I had opened my eyes and suddenly found myself there, I would have thought I had found myself in a budget Mom-and-Pop hotel somewhere. Having an in-room whirlpool tub available does somewhat make up for this (and thus the limited amount of room available for the bathroom). However, the showerhead in the tiny shower stall in this particular unit is sub-standard and unacceptable. This is the one improvement that could be easily made.

Very affordable, clean, and convenient to everything. We loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. We didn't take advantage of the pool. But we checked it out and it was very nice. Our villa provided everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfortable. Our villa was upstairs, and that was less than ideal for two 60-ish people. But we managed. I'll give our stay a 10/10!!

There was nothing we didn't like about our villa The only thing I would have wanted is an actual changing room at the pool. You are allowed to change in the bathroom. But the bathroom floor was wet, and I was afraid I'd slip and fall. So, we didn't use the pool. In warm weather, that might not be an issue as you can go outside wearing a wet bathing suit. But in March, it was a bit too cool for that.

The privacy and having a whole apartment, with the washer and dryer and dishes. I loved being able to feel like we were at home away from home.

Didn't like that no one was in the office at all times. So that if you got there late you would be able to see what was in the office or what they offered or know the rules about the pools and things like that. We didn't see any staff till the day we were leaving.

Location is perfect. Love the scenery and ability to sit out on the balcony. The kitchen is stocked with most everything needed. Bedroom separated from kitchen and living area gives more of a home feel. Jacuzzi tub is relaxing.

Never enough hot water to fill jacuzzi tub if you like hot baths. Bed was incredibly noisy in this particular unit, sqeaked each time a person moved or got in or out of it and not as comfortable as our last stay in a different unit.

The size of the villa is nice. Open concept. Plenty of chairs and sleeping areas. The floors and bathrooms were clean. Great location.

The door nobs are tricky, got locked out of unit. I dislike the nobs to the front door on the unit. Something in the unit flared my allergies up. I sneezed the entire time. Found a beater to a mixer in the couch cushion along with cereal. The matress/bed was very uncomfortable..

Location was very good, finding units a bit difficult. Could use a better map of Villas. Best attribute was value for money. I travelled with my two adult sons and my brother in law. Unit was spacious and had a beautiful fireplace which we utilized. Would have been nice to have some free firewood available. Savings from booking at the two big hotels in town was huge. Also one of the bathrooms had a huge Jacuzzi and a sauna. We used the sauna but not the jacuzzi.

Only amenities in villa bathrooms was a few small bars of soap. Shampoo and conditioner would have been nice. Shag carpeting throughout unit dated and old looking.

We booked 2 rooms for our grandsons 5th birthday 🥳. We really liked the 2 bedroom villa 96 with the cathedral ceiling! We had plenty of room for the boys to play and adults to relax and have conversations. We did use the kitchen in this villa and was nice. Coffee maker was nice and dishwasher Good location for our train ride we came to area for.

We didn’t like that it was not told to us the the B ment upstairs villa. We did have elderly folks and was not easy for them to go up and down. If I would have known before when booking I would have requested the downstairs A villa. Also, not well stocked in the kitchen. (Either one) Shower was super small and sink was really low in the one bedroom villa 108B

The place was more than I expected. Some of it reminds me of an older get away and I like modern things but the place was in a great location. It was very quiet, we had all the privacy we needed, there was a suana in the restroom and I was not expecting that. Also by the pool there is a hot tub but I did not know that before I came. The pool was kept warm as well and I am someone that hates to be cold so all the accommodations I desired were there. They did have some tvs that were new in 2015 but we really didnt end up using them lol

The suite was more "outdated" not modern. I went and bought febreeze to freshen up the smell and that worked very well. Everything else was great in my opinion other than the bed wasnt super comfy but I act bougie.

Very clean, comfortable room...a small apartment, really. You get a notebook full of all the information you could possibly need about the place and the area attractions. Kitchen is well stocked, and there was even a log provided for the fireplace!

Electrical outlets need to be replaced. The contacts are very loose. It's an inexpensive fix and needs to be done.

My husband and I spent our 24th wedding Anniversary here. Rented the deluxe condo/apartment. Place was very clean and had everything we would need in the kitchen as far as utensils, plates, pots pans and ect.. The view from our room was spectacular. We will definitely come here again and probably get the 2 bedroom.

I understand their needs to be quite time but would of liked to of been able to use the jacuzzi tub when ever I wanted especially since we was out and about most of the day and back late at night. I managed and we did make time for the jacuzzi. 😃 😊
