The proximity to the convention center was awesome. But the true highlight was the staff. Extremely friendly and always asking if they could help us in any way. Made us feel like VIPs every day.

We had access to the M club, which was incredible. The only problem was that over the weekend, when the regular M Club staff wasn't on duty, the coffee machine kept breaking, and although the other staff tried, they weren't able to keep it functioning. Also, apparently, there is only one microwave in the entire hotel, near the exercise facilities. I heard other guests complaining about this also.

The room had a great view. It was located in a decent area around places to eat, drink, or shop. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't spend much time in our room, but for just sleeping and a place to relax before our next outing was great!

Parking was not part of the cost of the hotel, so it was an additional $52 per day. That also wasn't anywhere on my booking, so I wasn't prepared for it. Being in the downtown location made it hard to get out of the hotel due to traffic, and with it being next to the convention center, traffic wasn't being navigated properly. The parking garage was constantly being blocked by large busses. We were also disappointed that all bars i side the hotel closed at 11pm, especially on a weekend.

Very nice Marriot. Clean, good staff. Centrally located downtown within 15 minutes of Lucas Oil Stadium.

Coffee around the clock is a MUST. Not to have coffee on the weekends or available at night is unacceptable. This is the only hotel I have stayed in that there was no coffee available on the weekends. Had to wait until 7 am to BUY one for $5.00. You rate yourselves a 4 star hotel. No coffee makes for grumpy guests.

I did not have breakfast. I was there for a conference and did not use the room for more than showers and sleep. Everything was great though.

I was very overwhelmed by the parking and cost. I understand you cant control the parking near you but $62 a day to park a car seemed absurd to me. The valet were great and for $5 more to have them park my car was nice but that price is stupid.

Very convenient location to the Indiana Convention Center. Rooms were clean, pillows and bed very comfy (down pillows I think). Overall very clean hotel and extremely friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel was great. Booking.com horrible. Although I had an email confirmation from Booking.com and a confirmation #, the hotel had no record and stated, "Was it booking.com? This happens all the time with their system." Luckily they still had a room for us even though we were there for a convention and the place was packed. I will never use booking.com again. FYI - limited onsite dining options, especially for those on a restricted diet or with allergies (gluten-free) but they did have enough options to get by without leaving the premises.

The room was great; very clean. Staff was very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable.

Price for parking in the hotel garage was $50/night. I ended up moving my car around every 4 hours for on-street parking throughout the day when I was there. The on-street parking, when available, is a much more reasonable price for folks who don't want to spend a fortune on parking. My son was participating in an event at the Convention Center, so this hotel was perfect in terms of location. As a single mom, I try to cut costs where I can, and parking was one of those costs to cut.

The location was excellent!! We went for a Comic Con and it was right across the street (or a simple walk through the connection skywalk). I don’t think we even walked outside once the whole trip. All of the staff were super friendly and able to answer any questions we had. I’m already planning to attend the Comic Con again next year and will likely book this hotel again.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and/or microwave in the room. As far as we could tell their wasn’t any. The parking was okay but we had trouble leaving as the front desk took our validated ticket (we charged parking to the room so it was already paid). We tried using the “call for help” button but had no response so we had to re-park and go back to the front desk. We did receive some excellent help, we did everything right in pushing the “call for help” button, the problem was nobody responding. After the visit to the front desk we were able to get someone to answer on our second attempt.

Unusually comfortable bed and bedding, soothing blue/green color scheme in the room, two work surfaces in the room. Very good value for money. Good little sundries shop was very convenient. The last hotel I stayed in didn't have one and I never realized how much I would miss it.

No complaints at all. The $50/day parking fee was painful and approaching Chicago prices, but obviously that's what the market will bear. I personally didn't care for the cooked food at the sundries shop or Conner's but there was nothing wrong with it.

Great breakfast, but expensive.

We had access to the M Club, but it was closed in the evening and we were told, "it was being restocked and would not reopen until the morning." Also the two hotel lobby bars never opened. The only bar was the restaurant bar. The bar/restaurant were completely packed. We waited 30 minutes to get a drink waiting at the bar.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice having a Star Bucks in the lobby.

I was there for a cheer competition so in the room was myself, my granddaughter and her friend. They put us in a handicap room so the bathroom was not convenient for getting ready for comp. Girls were disappointed that there was not a pool.
