Overall experience was great. Easy check in, clean room, pictures online matched property exactly. They accommodated several requests that we had. In addition, they even open the pool early for our kid to swim the day of our departure, since it was raining outside, and we couldn't go to our destination as planned. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the tv's in our room had a missing remote, but once we asked for one, they brought it quickly.

A variety of choices - great start of the day to have a good breakfsst

They had no knowledge of the fact that the reservation had been transferred from Claudia Maddox to me , C Gloria Akers - that caused a few anxious moments for me. Because I had paper copies of my all my dealings with Booking.com the tension lessened. & we were allowed to give our credit cards & be given accommodations

The location was fantastic for why we booked it. Came up to Indy to see the BUCS take on the COLTS and this hotel is super close, even closer than some of the stadium's actual parking. The hotel was clean, organized and comfortable. The waffles were great. Nice option on what you wanted on them (be that Nutella, strawberries, whip cream or syrup [or all the above together]).

The pool was painfully small. Less than 15 people could be there at a time (standing still), and at some point you start thinking you will never get to use it because it always seemed full. The breakfast was disappointing too, the biscuits that they served seemed more appropriate for playing hockey and there was a plastic taste to the gravy.

Was right downtown and had a beautiful view of Lucas Oil Stadium. Downtown lit up at night was beautiful. The breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly, our room air conditioner was booked for the room I had booked so they gave us an additional room for our kids to sleep in for free and waived our parking fee. We did have to park in the garage on the other side of Holiday Inn but it was a short walk to the Staybridge.

Very nice feel to the hotel and rooms. Welcoming and attractive. Cute kitchen. Bedroom clean and cozy. Two TVs are nice. Front desk was so friendly and helpful! Quiet. Convenient to downtown without being in the thick of it. Having breakfast and happy hour are always a plus.

Double beds are small for us to share. It would be nice to have a little better quality eggs and meat, more whole grains. The bathroom is a little awkward - entering through bedroom, especially if you have people on the hide-a-bed. But it worked out fine, and would be no problem for most. $20 seems a bit much for parking, but probably typical, and the lot was convenient.

It had a Full kitchen. Full size refrigerator, oven, stove, glasses and plates, microwave, sink, etc

Very minor complaint but the parking lot was tiny. They give you a parking pass for a garage shared by two hotels. But it’s fine. You just have to walk by one hotel to get to yours and the parking garage is gated so it’s safe-ish.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast options. Was very skeptical after check in as I had to sign a no smoking waiver and was charged $100 incidental fee that would be refunded after check out, the room we were given smelled of stale cigarette smoke and was difficult to breathe in. I called the front desk and reported as I did not want to be charged for smoking in the room. We were quickly moved to another room with a great view of Lucas Oil Stadium, which the kids were very excited about.

Parking in the back lot was full, with cars illegally parked in handicapped spots and on lines next to handicap spots, they do offer overflow parking in a parking lot just a short walk from the hotel.

I loved the view and how big the room was. Breakfast had a large selection, although the eggs seemed like it was a rushed job on preparing them

The pool hours could be longer and the lobby hours should have been closed down earlier, heard a lot of people being loud while we where trying to sleep

Breakfast was nice every morning. Our room was very clean. The staff was friendly.

Paying extra for parking. The walk was a little far to the Convention Center.

We like the fact it had two separate rooms with a comfortable long couch that someone slept on. And you could close the door. A full kitchen with dishes. The breakfast Sunday they added a cheese omelet and fried potatoes. Staybridge will be our place to stay. If you go to watch football games The Lucus Oil Stadium is in your back yard.

One of the door key cards quit working after the first day. Housekeeping missed the microwave spin plate that was dirty, but they can't remember everything. I still left a tip for the hard work they do.
