This is our go to place to stay when going or coming back from Bloomington where our son goes to IU. The price and location are great and the staff is always great and friendly. The breakfast served is always hot and the variety is always good. Good selections of restaurants and places to go around Martinsville.

Being that it was a very busy time with move out from IU and graduation weekend as well I waited to book room. Our room was on the very end of hall way. Where as the room was clean the blow dryer was broke and the sink stopper was broke so had to take that out so water would drain. Kinda felt like there was a slight oder to the room. We have stayed here a couple times and our other stay's have been great. Think it was just this room

Breakfast good. Adequate selection. Hot food hot, cold food cold.

The two gentlemen who took care of me at the counter could improve their grooming. The timing in both instances was b4 normal check in and very early in morning checkout. They both did job well however.

it was a nice hotel in walking distance of many places i got bored after a while doing paperwork and walked over to a couple of shops and walked around. then went back and was able to finish my paperwork.

It was cold in my room at first took forever to get warm but i'm always cold

Really clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly as well. I would definitely stay again.

Honestly, I can't think of much. The breakfast perhaps could use a few more options, I guess, but it was pretty good. This place really is on top of things, so I can't complain.

Stayed at Martinsville Best Western before. Had many options but chose this motel because prior experience was so positive. Same goes for this recent stay.

The location was fine for my purposes(high school basketball tournament), and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay a lot. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything to improve. Everyone there, including the manager(/possible owner)went out of his/her way to help me. The motel exceeded my expectations. The parking was adequate and the parking lot was well lit.

It was very nice they even leave little mint canyon in your room. Rooms are nice and big breakfast is very nice also.

It dosen't have pool. Would had been nice to have one.

Motel was like other remodeled motels in the USA, not new, but, acceptable for these times with a poor economy, high prices in the USA.

Clean room and bathroom. Nice pillows and bed very comfortable. Staff super friendly and kind. Good coffee & tea around the clock. Prompt attention to the issue with our toilet not flushing well. He came right over. Liked that clean towels & washcloths were here when we got back from funeral home. The location here was prefect for us. This was a difficult reason for a trip as we lost our niece last week. We were here for the funeral. We had quiet and it was close to the funeral home so we could go back and forth. We got good rest. We appreciate this place so much. We will be coming back.

The only issue at all was the smell of our room. It was a strong musty smell. I had to go buy air freshener and febreeze to spray on the carpet. The room looked very clean. It was just the room smell.
