Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was awesome, fitness room was adequate. Did not check out or use pool.

They provided a hot breakfast. Selections were ok. I'm an early riser and was hot and fresh when I ate. My wife ate a little later and felt the food had not been kept warm or switched out much. Have had worse, but probably the one area that could be improved

We were first of all greeted by Tracy at check-in, she couldn’t be more helpful & so pleasant. Our room definitely exceeded our expectations where it was very clean & comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Maybe the location, but from what we could tell it will be an up & coming area so there was a lot development but didn’t hear anything.

We had breakfast two mornings and there was plenty of options and the food was warm. There was a good selection of food as well. Staff was helpful when asked for more of coffee creamer.

I was disappointed that my Hilton Honors points weren’t given because I had used a booking.com rather than going directly through the Hilton website.

Great Staff, Helpful, Great Suggestions for places to eat and Pubs. Also for hiking trails. He was authentically, willingly wanting to just support us for what we wanted to do.

The breakfast could use some help. Everything was definitely clean, tidy well presented. The Eggs though should be replaced with eggs that are more palatable.

Breakfast selection was odd. I would have preferred simple selections - scrambled eggs instead of weird egg white somethings, pork sausage instead of chicken sausage........ We have started looking for hotels with walk in showers instead of tub shower combos. Tub/showers are too small

Not in reference to my last visit, but when I have attempted to make a reservation at the Hampton on my customary Memorial Day visit, the room prices are a bit prohibitive for my budget.

This is a newer, clean facility. The king suite was spacious and very nicely appointed. Comfortable bed and pillows of two different thicknesses which is always appreciated! Nice, large walk-in shower. Lots of closet and bathroom vanity space. Convenient location just off the freeway.

Although their policy (per the reservation confirmation) stated that masks were required in all public areas of the building, very few people, including employees, wore masks on the morning that we checked out. The bathroom towels are limited to 2 per room and are quite thin/small compared to comparable motels. Although the facility is quite new, they already have rust issues and bubbling paint around the shower door tracks.

We were very comfortable staying at the Hampton Inn. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived a little earlier than 3 and the staff let us check in immediately. We were so tired from driving. They really were awesome with helping us navigate to where we needed to be as well, since I had never been to Iowa. Hotel is very clean, away from highway noise, and stayed nice and cool.

The bed was a bit too firm. My back hurt after about 4 hours of sleeping. There was no coffee station other than at breakfast and a loud group of Farmers Edge group came in on our second day. They stayed in the lobby, had cases of beer, loud laughing, running down the halls, well into 1am. We were there for my father n law's funeral and it was a bit hard trying to get rest with all that going on. Not the hotel's fault though. Also don't go outside with sandals on, there's ants everywhere you step and they bite.
