The staff were all very polite, positive, and accomodating! We even received a call after we settled in, just to ask if our room was satisfactory! I have never had that happen before! The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have had.

Only bad thing was that my husband noticed our room smelled like dog. He is very sensitive to the smells.

Comfortable beds, close to our destination. Front desk person was very helpful but appeared to be going too many directions at one time.

Breakfast was poorly supervised. Tables were together so there were fewer places to sit (5 kids at a table for10). Coffee ran out around 8 am on Saturday, same with bacon and eggs.

We first checked in to a room in the hot water was not working. However we were upgraded to a different room immediately where the water was working just fine. The room was clean had a nice view of trees outback, bed was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was more than happy to accommodate us with any requests that we had including lighting the fire pit out back to enjoy our night.

Could have more coffee with breakfast, both were empty when we came down, however we did come 15 minutes before it ended. Not a deal breaker.

The facility was exceptionally clean. The staff (Jordan) were so helpful and polite. Location was great as well. This will be my go to place if I'm back visiting in Iowa.

The guest in room next to us were loud but hotel took care of it.

I have a hard time using stairs and the staff was able to let us have a ground floor room. Much better than than most motel breakfasts. I could also see my car from my room.

It doesn’t have an elevator.

My room was perfection! My bed pillowtop bed was a treat. Everything was super clean! There were premium towels and plenty of hot water! There wasn't a lot of noise in the hallway and I was able to get my proper rest. I can't say enough about the staff, so friendly and helpful. They had great coffee and cookies.

The front staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good - they even offer bananas. Work out facility is lots of room and the elliptical machine is one of the best I have used. Runs smooth and easy to operate. I also like that they have a small bar that serves beer, wine and liquor which you can enjoy in the common area or take back up to your room.

Wish they had incorporated an elevator into the design of the property. The building is only two stories however, it is a challenge to lug a suitcase and a briefcase with a laptop up the stairs. I realize it was a way to save cost with the initial construction but short sighted by the owners.

Comfortable beds and very clean room. Had a nice conversation with the General Manager and was very impressed with her dedication to providing a comfortable and clean experience while staying at this property. Definitely will return!

Parking was a little confusing but once we figured it out, very accessible

The quality of the breakfast was very good. Hot items were available. Eggs and sausage or bacon were tasty. In addition, they also had bananas available. This is how I personally rate a location on whether they have bananas or not. It is a small item however, I have found over many years of traveling for business that other aspects of the hotel are looked after as well. For example, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, working conditions of equipment. The staff at the front desk was very friendly when I checked in and checked out. They have a small bar connected to the front desk that will serve you beer, wine, and liquor. After working on my computer in the evening for three hours it was nice to come down stairs and have a small glass of bourbon over ice. Really nice.

They have a nice work desk. I wish the height of the chair, at the desk, could go higher. It is adjustable however, when at the highest position it still is too low to work properly on a computer at the desk and I am 5' 10". I have starting sitting on a couple of pillows in an attempt to raise my torso up. This style/brand of chair is used at many locations which is unfortunate.
