Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and they brought fresh towels daily. I forgot my makeup remover and they had that in the room. I used that one and the next day they replaced it with a new one. We were pulling a trailer and there was room to park it along the side of the building. My husband couldn't get the remote to work so he went to the desk and they not only replaced the batteries but came to the room and showed him how to work it with a smile on her face.

The rooms were really nice and clean and the place was quiet. The staff was super friendly. We brought our dog and they keep the pet friendly rooms downstairs. Someone had moved our room in their system to an upstairs room but the lady apologized multiple times while she had to move our room to the second building, just because it has finished their current renovations. Even without their renovations, which I'm not sure what they entail, our room was still excellent.

Breakfast was the only thing that wasn't excellent. Good but only cold and grab and go options. And in our case we had to go over to the main building to get breakfast, though our building did have the vending machines.

The hotel staff is amazing, especially the gal that was working overnight. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. My room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. It was nice to have the option for breakfast. The hotel is close to several shops amd eateries. Definitely would stay again!

We couldn't get the hot tub to turn on. It may have just been user error, we didn't solicit help from the staff.

I was hoping for hash browns for breakfast but the breakfast was good. I like that when we arrived later at night the juice and coffee is 24 hours there.

Large, recently remodeled room, very clean, friendly staff, buffet available 24x7 with hot breakfast added in morning, great value for the price!

Hot tub was out of service, but it usually is whenever I’ve stayed at this property as management has changed through the years. Property is definitely the best it’s ever been staying here over the past 5 years.

Breakfast could have more to offer as muffins were a the same. Didn't understand, having a handicap room in a different building so had to walk to main part of motel to eat breakfast or use the pool. Not good for being handicap.

My go-to motel when I visit town. A great value! Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. I enjoy the pool, 24/7 snack bar and hot breakfast options.

The hot tub was finally open, but the water temperature didn't seem very high and the water didn't look very clean.

Nice clean building and out grounds. The room was extra clean!!! I am a corner checker and everything was spotless including the bath room. It was a great size. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was small but hit all the checkoffs.

No elevator, outdated pool and spa room. The spa jets were so weak you almost couldnt feel it.

Staff was nice and came right away when we had a problem with our tv. She helped fixed the issue and was super nice the entire time she was helping us. instead of just giving us a different remote and letting us try to fix the tv issue she stayed till it was solved

Pool and hot tub area needs a little work hot tub doesn't work properly and the room needs some fixing up. Also the eggs for breakfast did not taste very good so maybe try another type or brand. Not really to much more negative to say.

The facility seemed brand new, the electronic locks were very convenient, the room was a good size and had all the amenities we look for. The breakfast was one of the best you will find in a hotel, with items you can cook, items that have been cooked and all the usual options. The parking was convenient.

I really can't think of anything, our experience was much better than we expected based on the reviews we read and the price we paid.
