Amazing location! Stayed 4 nights & 5 days. SUPER CLEAN! Great hosts and super attentive! Having the kitchen was super awesome! And their gas grill was great for cooking out after a day at the beach or sightseeing. This place is very close to everything but yet far enough away that its SUPER quiet and peaceful! They have a little bar and restaurant with amazing drinks and foods!! Everything is shut down there at 8 so its quiet while you enjoy the views for the evening. 2 more parks with fishing docks are about a 5 to 10 minute walk! You have Spirit lake literally steps away! Orleans beach is about a 5 to 7 minute walk away with grills, pavilion, clean bathrooms and picnic tables.

I loved the privacy of the room. It is across the street from spirit lake and in the middle of spirit lake and east okoboji. The spillway is only a block away. It is located enough out of the way but still close enough to get to many great eats and attractions.

Room was excellent. Could have used a small bureau for clothes since we were there for a week.

All was great, no dislikes.

Location is perfect especially if your fishing right in the middle of the lakes and the bait shops less than a mile down the road plenty of room for trailers

My husband and I highly enjoyed the location, the quiet atmosphere, and being within walking distance of the lake.

Actually, there was nothing we didn't like! The atmosphere was very relaxing!

Rooms are updated and have a full kitchenette which was very convenient for my family. The location is wonderful with Spirit Lake across the street, a walking/bike path right behind the resort, and public beach access with a local ice cream shop just down the block.

I used to clean a bed and breakfast, so am extra picky about room cleanliness. There were many scuffs on the walls and significant dust on the lights in the bathroom and on top do the refrigerator. Also there are no hooks or options to hang your hand towels or bath towels in the bathroom, which I found to be an inconvenience.
