It was located close to everything we needed. The neighborhood is very nice!

The prices were higher because of all the teams staying there, I’m guessing. We were there for a basketball tournament and this was honestly the highest price we have paid for two nights in any state we have played in. It was also the furthest from the gym we have ever been.

I loved having a sitting area that was separated from the two beds! I have never seen a walk in closet at a hotel room! What a neat touch! The breakfast was also very good. This hotel was also close to the apartment complex in which our relatives are living and also to Top Golf in which we all enjoyed and to the Tavern restaurant which was excellent!

Quiet, staff was friendly and compassionate Mr Jeff and another employee that checked me in. The location was close to my home and the room was comfy. Loved the shower

There was no bar or somewhere to sit back and relax other than my room. Wanted to get out, but the weather was bad and there isn't anything to do inside the hotel.

Everything was nice. The staff were nice. The room was big and spacious. I liked the large closet. The pool was nice and not super crowded.

The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom door didn’t lock.

The young man at the front desk was a lifesaver! There was an issue with the booking. Something to do with the lack of a space between the middle initial and last name in the software between Booking.com and the hotel. Anyway the hotel simply could not find the reservation and was going to charge full walk in price but this young man dug in deep and investigated when other front desk personnel were not so interested in helping. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I am so sorry not to get your name. Your perseverance is admirable.

The other front desk personnel and the manager not so interesting in getting the problem resolved. AND the fact that there was an issue with our booking. At this time we don't know if that issue is due to Booking.com software or the hotel software. Regardless...the situation was investigated by the young man at the front desk. Ask him to ensure the glitch is corrected in the next version.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the property. It was very family friendly

My room smelled very old and stale and my toilet was dirty but they left some wet wipes and I had Clorox wipes to wipe it down myself.

good breakfast=nice big clean rooms. great shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner included!

Loved the outdoor patio but would be nice if there was more shade. Our room was next to the interstate so that was pretty noisy. When we stay again we will pick a room on the other side.

The breakfast was okay. It's very basic, nothing great. The room was nice because it had an additional couch and desk area in a separate part of the room.

The bed was SO hard and uncomfortable.

nice and peaceful, pretty and love the design of the rooms for the price definitely worth it .

the housekeeper, she made an issue with my kids when I left the hotel to go get food for us. the house keep tried to enter the room and move about as if my kids weren’t in there and then got rude and smart when she wasn’t allowed in and after my kids told her she isn’t to enter the room until check out. the house keeper preceded to tell the hotel manger that she smelled marijuana which was a high lie. my oldest is 16 she is scared of drugs including anesthesiology. she caused and commotion and lied and I didn’t appreciate that. the hotel manager basically sue they go based off the housekeeper reports keep in mind we didn’t have one complaint the previous 24-30 hours. outside of that I enjoyed the place and plan on returning but maybe a different location

Breakfast was great! My grandkids loved it! I especially loved the spinach quiche I had during our previous stay! Coffee was good and the sandwiches were very good. Also, I was impressed with the cleanliness.

The swimming pool had a ring around it…needs a scrubbing. Other than that, I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the common areas, bathrooms, eating area and bedrooms. That is all that I can say that was negative.
