The location on the Arkansas River and near many cool shops and restaurants. The room was super clean, beds super comfortable and good view. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. The pool area and view were great!

“Free hot breakfast” = typical free hot breakfast with waffle maker, cereal tubes, and scrambled eggs from a bag. I understand this is the affordable way for hotels to offer breakfast and most guests like these breakfasts so not a surprise just not for me. There was fresh fruit. It was served in an immaculate beautiful setting with a good view and wonderful staff. One small suggestion: add raw sugar and real cream or half and half to coffee bar.

I did not like that I couldn't walk my trained dog through the lobby... but it's ok..hotel policies... Although people don't follow hotel policies we were told our dog was not allowed in the elevator with OTHER people, which is what we did....but other people took their dogs in the elevator and with other people... THAT'S NOT RIGHT!!! Our room was comfortable. I took a few pics of the repairs not finished on the wall between bed and closet. The chair in the room had white spots on the arm ... I consider this hotel a 5-☆☆☆☆☆ as well as exclusive, but I will only give it 4-☆☆☆

The Drury Plaza Hotel has a great past and celebrated it's 100th birthday this past year. We really loved the staff and especially Mr Costello who worked in the restaurant. He sang and entertained everyone in a cheerful way which made it seem like it was finally Christmas for my wife and I. Another worker at the restaurant suggested a shop to go to while in Wichita which was one of the highlights of our day. The food and drinks were really good at the Drury. The location was near everything we wanted to see and we actually had a small walk along the river. The next day we walked to the central market area to go to a museum and to eat lunch. We really loved the elegance of the Drury and it's old world appeal. If we ever come through Wichita again we shall stay at the Drury.

A few more options in the restaurant would be fine. All was good.

Breakfast had a lot of variety. I saw later that there was free beverages and popcorn. Wish I had known that when we were there. The parking garage was handy. I love the historic nuances of the Drury

As much as I paid for the room it seems like parking could have been included. Over $200 for one night seems a little pricy. It would be nice if there was a exhaust fan in the bathroom so it doesn't get so steamy while showering.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff were polite, informative, and very helpful.

Although our room was excellent in every way, 704 is located next to the elevator mechanical room and you could hear the operation of the elevator. My thought was the mechanical room might could use some soundproofing. This was a minor inconvenience and would not keep me from booking a stay at a later date.

The booking process was fast and simple and we had a room within 30 minutes of making a reservation with the hotel online. The king sized bed in the room was especially comfortable and the view overlooking downtown was lovely as well.

House keeping never came to our room to replace our used towels. The breakfast buffet served every morning was wonderful except there wasn't any bacon.

Staff was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful architecturally. It's on the river, so you are just steps away from the river walk. We stayed one night and enjoyed our stay. Airport transfers were included, breakfast, happy hour, dinner. The value was incredible.

The decor is BROWN! I mean everything is beige and brown. Such a shame that all of that incredible millwork is lost in a sea of beige.

Where do I start? We loved everything at the Drury! The moment I walked in I felt like the only guest! Amanda at the front desk was so welcoming and thoughtful! She’s a gem! The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Our room was unique as we were right in the middle of the “v” with a view overlooking the river (which was a free upgrade compliments of Amanda, thank you) The lounge is really nice and our bartender was so nice to chat with. The free dinner and drinks were even on the weekends! We really enjoyed that. Our server Costello was a super nice guy who made everyone feel at home. Breakfast was a huge selection of everything you could think of. The lady tending the breakfast area was super nice to everyone although I didn’t catch her name. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

After the free dinner, a different bartender at the lounge was rude and unprofessional. He berated our nice bartender in front of us so much that we were uncomfortable. I asked him to turn up the tv for the Super Bowl halftime show and he rudely said in a minute but never did.

Breakfast always good, and location is great! Great parking , I felt safe. They done great job keeping people that shouldn’t be there out . Need a key to get in and to use elevator i like !

Well was packed with people great! but I think should be policy for parents to control their kids. Kids running up and down halls screaming.tried to use elevator kids joy riding up and down .

Allyson is an outstanding and exceptional hospitality liaison! My bf and I got to the hotel early from out of town and after about 30 minutes she gave us an incredible upgrade. Our stay would have been fun no matter what but she made It one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced! I would highly recommend this hotel! Not only is the staff friendly but the rooms are clean and beautiful and you have one a great view of Wichita.
