The rooms were huge and spotless and it was so quiet and comfortable. I didn't have to listen to the neighbors being all loud or obnoxious. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay.

I didn't like how the front desk people insisted on coming in my room and inspecting my room in order for me to extend my stay and insisting that I allow housekeeping to come in and clean. I understand they have health laws and such but I have a dog that is allergic to the industrial cleaners that the motels always use to clean their rooms with and so I always come with my own mop and broom and dustpan and my all natural cleaning products that are safe for animals. I don't use those heavily scented and harsh cleaners and bleach that the motels like to use. It really makes my dog sick. And even though I explained that he still wanted the housekeeping to clean my room but I refused it when housekeeping came to the door. My dogs health is top priority for me.

The staff, size of room, access of tv channels

Water temp is shower had to be fiddled with for five minutes to get warm water. The sitting chair in the room should be given to the homeless and replaced with a decent recliner, there are four pieces of appliances on one wall with a socket for two plugs. WHY CAN'T YOU SIMPLY BUT A SIX PLACE RECEPTACLE THAT PLUGS IN TO THE EXISTING TWO OUTLET JACK"????????????

You can tell it was a fancy hotel that is on its second life. Comfortable beds, real close to everything, staff tried to help as much as possible

Had a minor issue with a towel rack that would come out when using hair dryer, and wish had more lighting in the foyer area of the room

We were allowed to park at the hotel while we flew out of town for a week. Saved enough money to pay for the hotel.

The hotel was once a very nice hotel and convention center. It's still very good and an exceptional value. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I had an early morning flight out of Wichita and was able to use the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The driver was very friendly and gave me good instructions on where to go for my return shuttle. Service was quick.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The location is close to several shopping options.

Shower water did not get hot enough, but water pressure was good. Previous visits did not have this issue.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful to us. They accommodated us nicely.

The pipe in our room sprung a leak.

I liked the laminate floor in the room instead of carpet. The room was spotless and the bed linens were better than I expected for the price. It looked like the hotel was recently updated and they choose a more modern, sleek look, which I found very pleasing.

Very clean rooms and facility Rooms quiet

Pillow were small and firm, all the same Room was very warm 81 deg. We had a late checkin and couldn’t cool room down before sleep. Awoke during night because of warmth

It was clean and quiet. And was a really good price and big facility too.

When I originally booked the room I called and asked if I could pull my motorcycle up front on sidewalk in front of cameras and they told me absolutely. After the first night there manger told me I had to move it or it would be towed. I wasn’t blocking anything but he told me it’s a sidewalk not a parking spot. He obviously never had a nice motorcycle and know how easy it is for people to steal them.
