The room was plenty big! You can tell updates had been done to the rooms. Our room had wood like linoleum and i was super pleased about that because im not a fan of carpet in hotels. Had clean towels every morning which was big cause some hotels can be lazy. They were pet friendly which was great since we were traveling with our miniature schnauzer. Overall great stay.

I HATED the carpet in the stairways because they were so filthy with stains. Late at night it was occasionally loud with highway noise since its right there near the exit for the interstate. Bathroom is a little small. Me and husband had to take turns getting ready. This isnt so much a dislike, but want to let people know i didn't see any elevators which isnt a deal breaker but maybe for someone who requires them. Again great hotel!

Conveniently located near highway, restaurants, gas stations and music venue. Seemed to be recently renovated. Nice flooring, huge tv and room was equipped with plenty of bright lights. Was able to park right in front of my door.

No in room coffee maker and no continental breakfast. No table in room and only one chair. Hardly any water pressure in the shower and the water temperature kept randomly changing from scalding hot to cold. Only one ice maker. Had to walk down one level for ice. No vending machines. Patrons in the two rooms next to mine had loud music playing either in their room or their car until 2:30am.

Room was clean and updated. Staff made accommodations for my family to be close to one another and have lower level rooms and fresh coffee was available in the am. We used the pool towels were available area was clean and lounge chairs available and safety equipment provided. Tables and lounge areas were clean and plenty of space for the kids to play. There was a nice area to hang clothes a desk for business lower light across for the evening reading or in my case to let the lights down so the baby could settle herself for the night and we could still see and visit. Plenty of towels and wash rags clean linens in the bed and very comfortable bed. Nice clean fridge and microwave in the room. Ice available and actually the fridge was cold enough it kept the ice frozen until the next morning. Updated plug ins for charging phones laptops games ect. Safe doors and on-site staff were available when needed which traveling with a baby made me feel better. Close to restaurants and just a few minutes from Cumberland Park and the Kentucky Splash Park. So location is really nice. Right between those two popular venues. The floors are clean and smooth and all areas were clean in the room very important traveling with a baby.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like. The hall at the back of the room has carpet that could be cleaned or removed gave the hall a strange smell. And my personal opinion I’d have only smoking rooms at the top and way way away from others for the smoking.

The lady at the counter was very nice! There's a McDonald's within walking distance. The bed was amazing, all remodeled. HUGE room! Finally someone got wise and put vinyl flooring in! Very modern! Definitely would recommend! NO smells, NO soft water which is a massive plus when you have skin conditions!

There were 2 entrances. One that lead to the hall and one that lead to the parking lot. Found it odd, but it wasn't an "unlike" thing just odd

Breakfast not available, it is fine you did not advertise that you have breakfast. Location perfect off 75, room are simple and very clean, bed are very comfortable, price booked on line is excellent, check in lady gave me a room with full fridge and freezer because I told her I brought back lots of frozen fishes from Florida, did not expect full size freezer & fridge but I truly appreciate your excellent hospitality. We are snowbirds from Canada every year so definitely we will be back to your motel next year again and will refer our friends to use your motel on their way back to Canada. Shower faucet needs upgrade, very low water pressure.

I thought the location was convenient for the reason of my stay. I liked the rooms being upgraded and very clean.

I had a good stay at Motel 6. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The vending machines needed some attention. The only soda available was Dr Pepper. I like Dr Pepper but would prefer others flavors as I thought I was getting.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. The room looked like it had recently been updated. Refrigerator worked well and even froze ice packs in the freezer space. Plenty of space in the room. I liked that the bed was on a platform that went all the way to the wall so our kitty couldn't find a way to hide (always seems to find the perfect spot that I can't reach far enough in to grab her). Great location off I-75. Several restaurants nearby. Starbucks right across the street to fuel our early morning start.

This is not really a complaint, just an awareness. The lights in the room are super bright, almost hurt your eyeballs bright. I've stayed in so many hotels were they expect you to get by on a 40W bulb. Well, no shortage of bright light here. A good thing overall, however would be nice to have one dimmable or 'mood/low' light for when you are watching TV or waking up.

Absolutely amazing customer service. We left an important item in our room and got all the way home without realizing we had left it. The manager, Mitch, called us and told us it had been recovered from our room. How wonderful that a housekeeper turned it in. Then Mitch offered to bring it closer to us. So instead of having a one-way drive of 2 hours, we only had to go 30 minutes to retrieve it. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what it is.

No breakfast provided. Room was exceptionally clean. Tile floors in rooms is a lot cleaner than carpet.

I missed shampoo and conditioner. Also no hair dryer. Nevertheless, this Motel 6 was an exceptional value. Bathroom sink was slow to drain, but staff said they would address it.

It was suuuuuper convenient, the arena (which was our destination) was right behind us, there was a great restaurant across the street which was amazing, I could easily walk a couple of feet to get a quick bite, I loved it.

The area seemed to be under renovation, the roads were blocked and because of it, the restaurant that was right in front was closed, shame since I wanted to try it.
