The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and a great value for the money. We had a wonderful time

Everything was wonderful except when I needed more towels after the pool. The lady at the front desk seemed like she didn't want to give me extra, saying that I was supposed to use the little towels at the pool. When I explained them towels are to little to wrap around my body she said that they don't like the guests to use the towels from the rooms and get more because they don't want them stolen. While I do understand that sometimes people might take the hotels towels, it was inappropriate to assume that every guest will. We ended up returning all the towel we had been given right after changing in our room. You have a wonderful hot but the staff shouldn't come off to guests like that.

It was excellent. The lady at registration was super friendly and efficient. The room was perfect, big and roomy and clean, hot shower, etc. Location was good, the parking lot was adjacent to a local steak house. The morning breakfast bar was scrumptious and very reasonably priced. I could live there.

I can not think of one thing I didn’t like.

The location was perfect for me, being SE of Louisville. It's located in a restaurant- small office building development that feels very safe. There are several restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was well maintained and nicely decorated. There's a small lobby bar where you can unwind at the end of the day. There are snacks and drinks for sale in the lobby. The breakfast selection and options were very good. I highly recommend!

Everything was great

We loved the hotel! The room was super cute an very clean clean. The main lobby was so nice. Every where smelled clean an good.. no musty smells.. staff at the front desk was always helpful an welcoming. Location was great. The breakfast food tasted awesome!

The only complaint would be. We payed extra for our room for breakfast to be included. Which was totally fine! No problem there. But My husband came down an got a plate, sat down an was told he had to pay. After he expressed it was included an gave our room number an name the breakfast service women still Said he had to pay. It made him feel uncomfortable. Once I came down an talked with the front desk they cleared it right up an everything was fine! The breakfast service women didn't apologize for the mix up.

Everything was perfect except for the bed. Nice staff, clean rooms.

The bed was very uncomfortable! Very stiff and in pain when awoke.

property was conveniently located. wasn’t too far from our first work stop ..Louisville is pretty small and we noticed everything was around a 20 min drive. the staff was lovely, Jenny checked us in, very warm and friendly and helpful. Wendy checked us out, she was also pleasant. bed was comfortable and room was clean, the cleaning staff in the morning was also super friendly, hotel is pet friendly for a fee, a little pricey but understandable, which we appreciated. I missed breakfast but that’s ok, Wendy got me a couple cups of coffee from the back since I don’t like keurog coffee, but there were 2 cups available in my room if all else had failed. lovely hotel and staff. I’m an ex Hilton worker and I was hesitant to stay at a Hilton after falling out with my franchised company, but I gave it a chance and I was pleased 😌

nothing.. though no self serve coffee at 11am. it used to be Hilton standard to have 24 hr coffee. that’s ok, Wendy helped out.

I liked my stay overall. My only issue was not having access to a business center. Not a huge deal as I was able to get to a staples to fulfill my business needs. Staff was friendly and kind. I enjoyed chatting with the overnight front desk staff.

Access to a business center for printing needs (of course at a cost) is my only suggestion for improvement.

The appearance...both inside and outside, temperature control, gym have a great selection of machines and weights, room was very clean and comfortable. Supply of smokers ashtrays was placed on various benches outside.

hotel was nice and clean.

We thought we were in a different location off Brownsboro Road but after a late dinner we went to check in and discovered our reservation was about 10 miles away at a different location. Very frustrating and the staff made no offer to accommodate us to make a change.

Clean room...friendly staff...great location.

Couldn't find Fox news on TV. If it's there and I couldn't find it...my bad. If Hilton is starting to become a content censor for political purposes, then shame on you. Also...coffee machine in the lobby was broken. They didn't seem to be in a big hurry to fix it. Both minor issues, but you asked.
