Very nice hotel that seemed to be well-maintained. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

The only disappointment was the breakfast supplies and breakfast room staff. The breakfast was very good - when it was available. We stayed two nights and there was no juice either morning, no milk one morning, the attendant was opening single serve cereals and dumping them into a bulk dispenser (seems expensive and wasteful for your hotel), and the cinnamon roles (that we really looked forward to) were burnt, dry and crispy on the outside. Don't know whether they were freezer burned or cooked wrong. Also, the roles were not refilled with over an hour left for breakfast one morning. Over all, a minor annoyance, but this took some of the luster off of our visit.

We came in very late and the person at the desk was alert and helped getting our rooms. We needed to change a king size bed to a room with 2 queens and she did not hesitate to help us out. Our room as well as the entire hotel was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was great.

AT breakfast, they ran out of the cinnamon rolls due to delivery issues. I missed those cinnamon rolls.

The staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast was good the room was clean, spacious and location was good for what we were there for. Convenient. Thank you and we'll stay again if we are in town again.

The only thing we found needs improvement or fixing was the shower stall grab/handle for safety issue and vent/exhaust needed to be cleaned. We had a good stay even though there were guests across our room or corridor who were a little loud late night, but our room was close to ice machine and elevator. We'll ask next time for a room away from either locations :) We didn't know . Thank you.

I got a king room and it was bigger than I thought I'd be. I always take Lysol wipes on trips but when I used them in this room they came up clean. Which, sadly never happens so that was very impressive! Breakfast is great when you go before 8am, only because of the crowds. Staff was very nice and helpful! I room definitely stay here again.

Communication with cleaning staff who did not speak English, even though she used her phone for translation, asking for makeup removal wipes

The decor for the room was very modern, almost felt like a Hilton. I liked the dove branded products in the bathroom instead of tiny wasteful bottles. Plenty of parking, but it was slightly noisy at night given the close proximity to the highway. Breakfast selection was decent.

The overuse of plastic and styrofoam at breakfast so heartbreaking!

Turned the air on In the room and it was very loud n stayed that way through out the night!!! I finally just cut it off around 12pm that night,

We loved the room, it was simple, spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was wonderful, we woke up refreshed. Breakfast was nice and had an array of options. Our room was on the backside facing the interstate but you couldn’t tell at all.

When we woke up our room had a slight moist feeling to it, and I could tell on our clothes that there was a bit more moisture in the air than normal. The breakfast was lacking the pancake machine, as the sign said it was not working. So there were no waffles or pancakes. The other items did make up for the lack of pancakes, but I was looking forward to them for sure. We also had to hunt someone down to obtain a refill on the milk.

My family and I stopped here to rest from our road trip back to Michigan after our Florida vacation. It had everything we need in a hotel. The room was clean, the wifi was good and the breakfast was excellent. We loved that the room had a microwave and the Keurig with K-cups was a nice bonus. We will stay here again!

Very well equipped, lighted, and organized hotel. It's one of the best IHG hotels we ever stayed at.

Shower water pressure was okay but could be a bit better.
