This is a very nice property & one of the cleanest places I've stayed in!! Centrally located, there are quite a few restaurants & places to eat & shop nearby. Breakfast was good, & management replenished & checked up several times while we were there eating. The pool looked great, but I didn't get to go swimming while there. Our room was super clean, the beds & pillows very comfortable & the sheets & linens very nice. They used Dove amenities in the room & they were really good! So, on the whole, a positive experience.

The only issue is that management wouldn't split the bill between my friend & myself. We go 50/50 when traveling & since we were able to pay at the property, we didn't think that would be a problem. The young lady at the front desk said that since I had reserved through Booking.com, she wasn't able to split the bill. I really didn't understand that, so I went ahead & charged the total on my account.

The breakfast was nice. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits with gravy, waffle maker, mini muffins, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Coffee machine, juice and water were also provided. The beds were very comfortable and did not squeak. Some features were older, like the doors and HVAC unit, but everything worked well.

Other guests can be clueless on their level of noise, like talking in the hallways late in the evening and banging around in their rooms. The waffle maker is in high demand so there will be a short wait.

Good location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Has an indoor pool which was a blessing after being in the car with 2 kids. Allowed them to swim and get energy out while we waited for the dinner to be delivered. The breakfast was good. The milk had gone bad and when I told the front desk they immediately went and washed the container and brought out fresh so my kid could eat her cereal. Beds were very comfortable

You can tell the property is newer and well kept. Room was exceptional.

The hot breakfast was not so hot for some items and outright cold for others. Example: the gravy was set out and served ice cold. Also, I was informed that breakfast would be ready at 6am, it was not ready until almost 6:30am and with the food being mostly cold this presented yet another delay.

the staff was amazing and so accommodating of our two cats. the hotel was so nice and clean...it a lot more high end than it's star rating! one of the best hotel experiences ever. thanks so much...we will absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was very clean and nice. Everything was placed conveniently for hotel guests. Breakfast was great as well as hot coffee throughout the day.

The pillows need upgraded but overall,quiet,peaceful and safe. Close to everything,restaurants,shopping,family outings,would definitely recommend and staff was as friendly as anywhere we stayed. Will def return.

The breakfast was awesome. Eggs, waffles and sausage was so good. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Close to restaurants, Walmart, and easy to get to Kentucky Kingdom without staying downtown or close to the airport. Will definitely stay again when in Louisville.

This was probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in my life. It smelled amazing. It was spotless.

Everything is too expensive, including the hotel. But that is not something that the location can help, I'm sure of it.
