Location was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. We were visiting for sightseeing and most places were 15-20 mins drive. Good food options around the neighborhood. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Coffee was good. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Would recommend the hotel.

It is a beautiful facility, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The lobby is very pretty, and the rooms are very comfortable. I like the furniture and the decorating of the hotel.

The facility was very well kept. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my room smelt. It had a fresh laundry scent aroma that was very inviting. I felt at home - comfortable, safe, and cozy! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The Dove products in the shower was a huge bonus because I forgot my personal soap! The small details down to the USB plug ins on the lamps, along with outlets, was also a nice touch. I really enjoyed staying here and will absolutely stay here again. Also, the staff, particularly the night shift front desk receptionist, gave incredible service and was very nice and accommodating. Thank you all for a great stay!

I have no complaints about my stay.

I enjoyed all the sevices provided. The room was clean to include the bathroom. I was not expecting this level of service that far from the city center. A job well done by all the staff. A excellent stay.

Most of the breakfst items were eaten by 8am. Maybe a little more could have been provided. I know that the meal perparation is done based on the number of guests from the night previous. I do know that there was a construction company staying so maybe that made a difference.

The room was a good size with plenty of chairs and it was very quiet

Room was spacious and comfortable. Could have used one more chair since my wife and I both had laptops. It was provided immediately upon request. Sofa bed sat a little too deep to provide adequate back support. Bed pillow compensated nicely. Bed slept great. Room was clean. Carpet was clean except for the hard to vacuum areas i.e.dust against baseboard. A fairly typical observation for most hotels since vacuums are not typically designed for it. Bathroom suffers from poor design flaw in that there is no exhaust fan to vent the steam/moisture from the shower. Consequently, there was some peeling paint from door and wall adjacent to the shower. Detracts from the appearance from otherwise functional bathroom - good water pressure, plenty of hot water, good drainage, well lit, etc. The best feature were the employees from the Manager on Duty, the Desk Clerk, (Kristen, Amy, and Alexis were exceptionally friendly, personable and helpful). Housekeeping employees were friendly and accommodated all our requests. A hot breakfast was varied daily and very tasty. It's not a five-star hotel, but it's well worth the price - a great value. Location is easily accessible and quiet. Plenty of parking. Came with the intent of staying 2 nights. Stayed 9 nights using Wingate as our base while we did day trips. Much easier and more relaxing than moving to multiple motels during our stay.

Check-In went smoothly, Small things need to be updated(most hotels do)otherwise Great value for the money! (Especially during the week before Derby, they certainly take that seriously all over Louisville, rates doubled, then tripled the closer you got to Saturday!) Pool is smaller than an average hotel pool BUT very nice!

The directions to get there, watch carefully. Smaller sign between different hotels, then there's a bush or a tree blocking it on one side of it comes up quicker the you think! (Hopefully your "Maps" isn't as laggy as ours! Lol)

The room was comfortable and very large! I was a bit disappointed that the jetted tub could not accommodate two people, but otherwise, the room was clean and inviting. It was a bit noisy at first, but the noisy "neighbors" checked out after the first night.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a bigger tub for two people. There is really nothing else that I didn't like. The staff were nice and accommodating, check-in was easy, and the wi-fi worked well. No complaints.

Front desk staff & housekeeping staff were excellent. Very friendly. Very helpful, Breakfast was very good. I ate too many waffles. Thank you for accommodating my Service Dog. I will stay there again. Thank you.

It would be nice if your T.V.'s had Caption for the Deaf (my wife). She would be able to read what they are saying. The room safe was not working. The device needed to make the safe operable was also broken. Safe was not important. The empty property next to the hotel-A Starbucks would fit there.

I’m confused for what I paid for. On the booking.com site it advertised 78$ per night but when I got to the final screen to pay, I was charged $115 will all the fees and taxes… then I just got my receipt from Wyndham and the receipt said i had a zero balance and the breakdown was 67$ and some change but when checking my credit card … I was charged another 50.00.- this is not okay. Now I have to figured out how much I was actually charged and spend hours to get answers.
