Location! Location! Location! Everything was within walking distance to the hotel, be it a GF bakery, fine dining, a convenient store, or an attraction. The breakfast was comprehensive, with options for most dietary needs (could use more than just yogurt for GF restrictions). We found the room to exceed comfort expectations (we stayed in a two-room suite). The hotel was also very quiet despite it being filled with guests for the Bengals' football game.

Two valet for the morning following a football game meant we had to wait over 30 minutes for our car. Could add one more person to the morning to speed up this process. Breakfast could add a GF option or label things as GF (eggs can have flour in them). The staff did not know the answer to allergy questions.

Suite was roomy and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. Elevators were fast to the 8th floor. Valet Parking was wonderful.

Included breakfast was not well stocked. at 9:20AM each day, the buffet was out of most everything even coffee. Garbage was over flowing into the floor.

the elevators were a little scary. seemed very old and not safe. shook a bit etc. one or two were down on one side and the other side 3were out. so certain times of the day I took stairs bc of the long wait times for elevators. only complaint I really had.

It was convenient and decent. Breakfast was really good and since the one building has two hotels, you have access to both breakfasts.

Our sink was cracked and leaking a bit and people were smoking in other rooms and could be smelled in our bathroom. Also, parking is valet only and very expensive.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The suite was good sized. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast.

The pull out couch bed was the most uncomfortable bed. There were springs literally poking you all night. This was really our only complaint.

Beautiful history incorporated with modern design. Room size and decor was great. Lobby and hotel are beautiful. Staff very friendly. Staff attitude highlights this beautiful hotel.

Minor specific details not taken care of to be excellent. Carpet stains in hallways . Shower floor could've been cleaner. Still a great hotel.

When I booked I thought I was getting a balcony room and a bathtub didn’t get either not sure why..Bed was a little to hard for my liking

I liked the room. It was nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable.

I didn’t like location and the parking lot situation. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t drive up to the hotel and check in without valet. I didn’t like the downtown environment.

Very large room. Comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly especially Day at the reception desk.

The hotel was pet friendly but there was nowhere within close proximity to walk your dog. At least provide an area like the airports have if you continue to accept pets.

The staff were all wonderful. It was obvious they were overwhelmed and stretched thin, but at no point did they make us feel like we were a problem. Courteous, patient, and helpful, even when we had issues in the room the staff was quick to rectify them and answer all our questions promptly.

There were clear signs that things were often rushed and after seeing how few hands were on deck, it made sense why. Our kitchenette was missing things, our pullout sofa had no bedding, the lines for checkin and service could get long. But ultimately each of these things was quickly solved as soon as the staff heard there was a problem. With all the juggling they were doing everything took just a little longer.
