We’ve stayed here more than a few times and will stay again. It’s comfortable and overall pretty clean. Good value. The location is good and quite (minus the occasional train horn); not sketchy at all. I would say there are some things that could be improved, but so far it’s nothing that would stop us from staying there when we come to town.

The ice machine was absolutely gross! There was visible mold, bacteria, and whatever else nasty stuff in the ice and a lot of it. The ice machines need serious attention! That can make people extremely sick!… They run low on supplies such as regular coffee/k cups, do not disturb signs, Kleenex, and sometimes toilet paper.

I liked that it was clean for the most part.

It smelled dirty. The towels were bright white and clean for the most part, but some of the washcloths were dingy. Guests should not be expected to use a gray, brownish towel. Also, the shower curtain was yellow and dingy at the bottom. Also, lights should be installed in the driveway leading up to the hotel. It was very dark and hard to find the way at night.

Location was good, employees were friendly, and price was perfect.

We were assigned room that the key didn’t work. Employee was trying, but she didn’t know how to reset it. So we had to lug all our luggage back down to be assigned a different room. It was frustrating because we needed to get to the job site so we were late.

Staff could have been a little more friendlier. The receptionist didn't say much. Didn't say good evening, not even explain to me what time breakfast was nor point me towards the direction of the elevator or which side of the hotel my room was on. I understand we go through stressful times at work and that may have been the case but I feel like at the very LEAST you could say "Hey" and tell me the basics of what I can expect during my stay.

I didn't request a quiet room, but it was quiet. I marked yes so it wouldn't negatively affect the rating I'm giving. When we first got into our room, I had actually stated that I wished we were staying longer than one night because it was amazing. Besides the sheets not being fully on one of the beds, I really have no complaints. The room was clean. The staff was nice. The complimentary breakfast was fully stocked and tasted great. The front desk answered any questions I had. The pool was open and clean.

The only complaint that I could even make was one of the fitted sheets wasn't completely on one of our beds. That's literally it. Everything else was phenomenal.

First room the fridge didn't work, then they moved us to another room, TV was not working and toilet flooded the bathroom, and the shower I asked for was only in the first room. Staff was accommodating and friendly, but I was unable to shower for the entire stay.

Bed was Comfortable & I did like that the lady on night shift came to room to try to adjust temperature (didn’t work however) & she brought blanket for bed. she also brought us the toilet tissue & extra towel.

Couldn’t get thermostat adjusted for comfort the night we stayed. We stayed 1 night, not sure why we got a handicap room! Also we only had less then 1/4 toilet paper in bathroom & only 1 bath towel. it was 2 in our room.

I booked online and made it to the hotel around 11pm. Check in was super quick! My room was right next to the elevator (which was an unexpected bonus since my husband is disabled and has difficulty walking long distances). Our room was very spacious! I would’ve have rated it a 10 but the coffee maker was missing a piece to hold the pod in place and I couldn’t make coffee in my room. However, the free breakfast was FABULOUS!!! The sausage gravy and biscuits were delicious and my girls thoroughly enjoyed being able to make their own waffles for breakfast! The variety of juices and drink choices was beyond my expectations. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

The pool was closed for maintenance but it wasn’t a big deal for us because we checked in late at night and left right after breakfast.

Hotel was in a great location. Right off the highway, but enough that it wasnt noisy. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was freindly and helpful.

Beds were a little worn. We had 2 people in a queen bed and the bed tended to pull you into the middle of it. The edges were a little tough to sleep on.

The hotel is pretty clean and a good value for the price point. This is the third time I’ve stayed there when visiting Alexandria. I would stay there again.

We were missing a shower curtain but they did bring us one when we asked. We couldn’t get a key to our room because their key card machine was down. The beds were made a little sloppy. The elevator was broken the last two times I was there. I used the stairs again without even checking the elevator this time. Hopefully they fixed it by now.
