Breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing.

Fridge in our room did not work was unplugged when we arrived we thought that might have been a accident so we plugged it in. It leaked the first night pretty badly so we didn't use again. We stayed in room 230 Wife slipped in the bathroom the tile is way too slippery. I work in hospitality have you had the tile tested I bet it's rating is high. We had to layer the floor in front of the shower well towels so nobody skipped after she fell the second day we were there

MASON, the desk clerk. I had to add an additional day to my reservation.The adjustment was made by phone. Mason was more than helpful in accommodating me. He was courteous, patient, helpful, and expressed genuine concern for my situation. Check-in was stress free. Customer service has become a thing of the pass. I was NOT charged additional fees!! Communication before and during stay was very good. The facility was clean and well maintained. I always stay in this area because of the convenience of the location. After a not so pleasant experience at another hotel ( I had to get dressed for a memorial service in my car because I was too early , and I used that hotel regularly) I was told if I check in 1 hour early I had to pay an additional fee) I made the decision to pay the difference and book another hotel on my return. . It was the BEST decision ever.. peaceful environment, clean, spacious room ( husband disabled), Great customer service. Thank you, Mason and staff, for making us so comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike. Parking was different but still accommodating.

It was nice .My room had a tv,but my daughters room didn’t.So the grands had to be in our room to watch tv.The people at desk was very rude ,seem like they didn’t care bout if all the other rooms didn’t hAve tv.It was all stars .But when the children got rowdy ,my friends was called bout their children making noise.Of course.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Even the other guests were nice. There was apparently some baseball tournamt, so there were a bunch of families there. The kids were all well behaved and there were no issues.

Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken, but the one on the bottoms floor worked. I filled my jug daily on my way out.

The main thing that I noticed was the friendly staff; they were always willing to help! Breakfast was okay. I'm a serious coffee drinker and your coffee was on the weak side (but I know that some people like that). The hotel was clean and welcoming, so it was a nice place to spend the night.

The facility was pretty well maintained and clean. My room was cleaned and organized after my first night, which was a surprise because housekeeping usually comes after your second or third night.

The hot breakfast was average. The first morning honestly wasn’t that great, so I resorted to hard boiled eggs and toast. Second morning was better with scrambled eggs. I’m a picky eater and they didn’t have many healthy options, so I was a little disappointed there, but that is somewhat self inflicted.

There were groups of softball teams, that tended to treat the hotel as their home, with kids running in the hall, jumping repeatedly in the room above us, just generally socially unaware. I hope that managers csn take a moment with adults in charge to request they remind the kids that they’re not the only ones there.

The breakfast is great for the person without dietary restrictions. Awesome selection and satisfy all hungers! The seating was extremely nice and a lot of space and pleasant atmosphere. The fruit bowl serving was great with the mixture of pineapple, grapes, etc.

The gravy for the Biscuits needed to be thicker - too soupy. Not many options for a person with dietary restrictions - would have been nice to have a crockpot hot with oatmeal and condiments to accompany. The room had a toilet that was leaky and made noise. The AC even when turned off sounded like the wind & rain. Reported when we checked out. Room was clean - outdated - very dark and the carpets need to be removed as they were badly stained.

breakfast was really good first time i ate 3 biscuits and eggs and gravy. coffee orange juice apple juice great! the wife loved the firm mattress.

i really do not have any complaints. they let me check in a little over a hour earlier. we were tired from coming from arkansa s to go to a funeral.

The location was excellent. The facility was fine and the staff was good.

We found the cleaning could have been a little better, there was a women's false eyelash on a table and also a towel behind the chain in the corner of the room.
