I was impressed with the location. The hotel was clean and the rooms were big. I work for a comfort suite in New Orleans and it was nice to see a sister hotel meet our expectations.

The only thing I had a problem with was the breakfast. Lack of variety and the food looks old. Was not appealing to the eye. other than that the place was cool. Another thing, I asked for a late checkout. There was NO communication between the front desk and the housekeepers. That is definitely not a good look. A housekeeper can walk in on a guest assuming the room is empty. If you don't want an upset guest cross your T's and dot your I's.

Friendly crew, Shared information we were looking for. My wife left the phone in the cafeteria and the front desk representative came all the way to my room to return it. Thanks a ton. The crew were so cooperative, that in the morning during breakfast my kid by mistake kept the bread toaster on high and which resulted in smoke and we have Fire truck and Police man in the hotel. Thanks to the crew, they managed all this without even letting us know. Really thank to Quality Suites team. Overall the hotel is very good. Bottled water was missing in the room. I think they should add at least 2 complimentary water bottles per day.

The gathering area, the front desk lady, Mary, made our stay excellent. She met all of our needs and requests. The rooms were a good value.

I wish there were more washers and dryers. Also, the towels were scarce.

I am very picky when it comes to cleaning and safety It was clean, room larger than most King suites, location and quietness was great. Walmart, dollar tree, restaurants, fast foods and other shopping areas are close by and on the same strip as the hotel. Love the idea of doors face inside the hotel instead of outward. Breakfast was ok not bad at all there was a variety offer and the area was kept very clean. Staff was very helpful, polite and answered all my questions. Hotel is right off the interstate and its connecting interstate. I definitely would come back and stay.

Could use more parking area for a hotel of its size. ... but parking was available

I love the convenience of a gas station being 500ft from the property and the location is perfect for what I had planned for the weekend. Everything was exactly how I expected and the property/room was very clean and smelled amazing.

The only thing was the breakfast. I wish there was more of a variety of stuff to eat. Other than that, that’s all.

When we walked into the room, it was clean and smelled great. Also, the front desk staff was very professional and understanding. The people that worked there kept the place clean, always cleaning when we needed extra towel they were there.

So the bathroom and the wall at the head of the bed lights were off. I had to shower in the dark. Not nice

The staff were exceptional, the family unit and friendliness made the stay even better. The entire building is clean, all rooms are inside with one way in and out ... Safety is unmatched compared to the last few hotels I've visited.

The location is good easy access to the interstate. The breakfast is okay. The staff was excellent.

The outside grounds could be cleaner. Guests do not clean up after their pets and the grounds keeper is not keeping up the outside.

The property was nice! What I could see anyway

I didn’t like the entrance! When it’s dark (which was my case) you can see how to go in. Traffic is very heavy and lights blind you. I had to enter a business parking lot to get in.

We felt welcome the second we walked through the door and was met by Mary (very sweet)! I booked another king suite for next week when I come back to LA to have cataract and lense replacement surgery on my other eye.

Absolutely nothing, everything was great!
