The only problem we had with check in was the front desk did not see our reservations. We had to show proof of booking confirmation and then they said we should have been given a confirmation number before we got there. We had called previously and no one had said this. After reviewing our print outs and another employee reviewing they gave us confirmation numbers. This delayed our check in

The hotel seemed to be completely remodeled and was very fresh looking and clean. The location was great and it was very quiet each of the 3 nights we were there.

After the first night we came back to the room to find it not made up by housekeeping. No big deal. After the 2nd night we asked the front desk to please make up the room. When we got back to the room for our last night it still was not made up, This was the only part of the stay that was not good and very frustrating.

I loved the way the room was set up. The sofa with foot stool was across from the big screen tv which was different and the head of the bed was against the bathroom wall. It allowed us to watch the football games comfortably without sitting in bed. The furnishings were updated and comfortable.

I wish it would have had buffet breakfast area.

What I didn’t like:The steel cut oatmeal was poorly cooked and the portion was way too large. Couldn’t eat it. The toasted bagel was barely toasted and lightly warmed when served. The breakfast menu looked good but it was terrible.

I made the reservations in September 2021 for our trip February 2022with Booking.Com. Two weeks before the trip, on couple had to change the arrival date from 2/10 to 2/11 and Booking.Com said they could not do anything and I had to call the hotel directly. When I called the hotel, they said they couldn't change anything on the reservation as it was made through Booking.Com. After 10 days of multiple phone calls and many emails, I just gave and paid the one night charge for the couple myself. This should have been an "easy fix" but sadly it wasn't ~

Loved the room. Newly remodeled. The bed and couch were very comfortable and lots of room.

The pool was under construction. It was a couple of hot days. Could have used the pool if it was finished. Wasn't told this on the app. Lots of remodeling going on. Also not on the app That was inconvenient.

I liked how clean, cozy and spacious the room was. I liked the lighting in the room and the bathroom and sink was immaculate. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and soap that's was complimentary to the room. Everything was amazing.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! I was exceptionally comfortable in the room, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied!

The only thing that could have made my stay better would have been a free breakfast!

Water pressure was a little low, bathroom was clean but could have been a little cleaner.
