I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay in your quiet neighborhood, approximately four blocks from Bourbon Street, where there are many restaurants and shops. The location was convenient, and the apartment was very clean, which we appreciated. We received the code by email a few days prior to our arrival, and everything worked perfectly. However, I'd like to mention that since there were no closets in the bedrooms due to their small size, I understand that it is not possible to include them. It would have been helpful to have a folding luggage rack available in each bedroom. We found it a bit challenging to access our clothes since we had to keep our suitcases open on the floor. This made it uncomfortable for our backs, especially considering we're not as young as we used to be. There are some hooks on the wall with hangers that are very practical for hanging clothes. Just a suggestion, but having a folding luggage rack would have been a fantastic addition to the space, and having dish towels in the kitchen would have been nice.

Great having the amenities, like kitchen and laundry. Great for a family.

No towel service. Also, our shower door would not close. That is something the cleaning folks should not have missed. It was not a huge deal, but annoying none the less. We did not submit a tcket for help because it would have been intrusive to have someone in...also, when i did need to contact the text was cumbersome and slow. Was locked out and stuck outside after walking a couple miles in New Orleans in hot weather. While this might not seem like such a big deal, it was 90 degrees in Louisiana and it felt like we were cooking. If lodgers coyld have a number to call or text with someone local it would likely resolve these issues without playing intermediary and taking a half hour.

The stay was very cozy. We were 5 girls and we loved staying here. It was near Bourbon street and easy to get picked-up by Übers. There are 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite to one of de bedrooms. The seconds stands on his own for the two other rooms. Rhe beds were really comfy. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication with the people that rented the place was very easy.

It's not really soundproof. If someone in an other room snores, you hear it through the whole appartment. Also noise from the hallway or the neighbours is noticeble. We did have a bit of a disadvantage with the neighbours above us: they were quite loud during the night. There are no storagesplaces in the rooms for luggage or clothing. For us this was not a big deal, but it was not always that easy.

The location is great. The room was minimalist but stylish and had great amenities. The lobby bar was really nice and the bartenders were great.

The pool was poorly maintained. The filtration system was not working and the water was very foul when we arrived. There is no in-site management so I notified Sonder thru the app. They made an attempt to fix the pool’s filtration system the next day but it was unsuccessful. The rooftop pool was a primary reason we chose this hotel so it was very disappointing that it was unusable during our stay.

Recently stayed here and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s walking distance to anywhere you want to go in the French Quarter and other parts of the city, like the market and the pier. Also super close to the trolley. Great apartment, clean and we had everything we needed, it was fully stocked. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, everything you would want or need and a pool on the top floor. Modern appliances, cute furniture, and a tv where you can watch your Netflix, Hulu, download your apps, etc…There is a cute bar on the first floor where you can grab a quick drink too.

The neighborhood can be a bit sketchy for some, mostly at night, but I’ve seen worse walking to the subway in NYC, it’s really not that bad. I do think they need mirrors in every room, we had a 3 room apartment and only one full length mirror in one of the rooms. Or maybe the placement needs to be adjusted. The walls are thin but not the worst. This specific apartment only had one window, nothing in the bedrooms and no closets, only hooks on the walls with hangers. Nothing that would be a deal breaker or that would affect your trip.

The location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Walking to bourbon st, close to the red trolly. The pool was a nice amenity. The staff for the most part were quick with responses to inquiries.

The walls are thin and you can hear a lot, not just from the other rooms but from apartments. The apartment looks bigger in the pictures. The only window faces a wall/ alley. The late check out & luggage storage options were misleading. Neither were available 😢 We got in a day late because of the hurricane so we missed out on a day and were not compensated. We stayed in the master bedroom, the lighting in the bathroom is not the greatest, not good for doing make up lol.

The location was excellent and we liked that there was a bar and coffee shop downstairs. We liked that it was right next to the Schraeder Theatre. The condo was plenty big and the beds were comfortable. It was a great value.

As has been indicated by others, you can hear walking upstairs and other units. Earplugs take care of that. Also, it was difficult to adjust the heat. It would be freezing in the living area and very hot in the bedrooms.

The apartment was well-laid out and clean. The location was convenient to most everything including the airport. We took the airport bus, number 202, and dropped off at the last stop - Loyala and Main Library - and it was about 5-10 minutes away.. We bought a 3-day Jazzy Pass for $8.00 (each member) and were able to use the RTA public transport, all day if necessary...including returning to the airport. When you're entering the door especially the one in the bar, once you input the code you need to hold the door handle give it a little push inward and then pull outward. A little quirk in the system that we recognised. Communication with the operator was very good, info shared was timely and relevant.

Having a reception desk to receive packages would have been nice but we were advised upfront so we managed.

The property was in a location near the French quarter but had to walk a couple blocks to get to Canal street or towards French quarter that were a little sketchy. The building was secure and the chat support was great when we had questions. Rooms were spacious.

Could have used a few more chairs. No real area to take things out of your luggage. Not a fan of not having local channel access, I know many probably don’t care, but it’s nice to know what is going on. Also tv’s in the bedrooms would be a nice addition. With limited seating it was hard for a family of 5 to sit everywhere when 3 of the people are 20 year olds. Wall mounting isn’t that difficult and with everything based on WiFi should be no big deal.

The location was amazing! Canal St was right down the road where you could hop on the streetcar and about a 5 minute walk to Bourbon St. The room itself was very clean and cute, pictures don't do it justice. The bar area was super cute on the first floor. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms without windows were pretty dark even during the day with the doors shut. Would definitely stay again at Sonder The Schaeffer!

The door to the building by the bar took a little bit to unlock, about 5 seconds after putting in the code. We didn't use the roof top pool because it was too hot (95-98 degrees during our entire stay) so the water was extremely warm. The elevator was kinda creepy. Once you got to the floor we needed the door didn't open unless you hit the floor number again. So we ended up taking the stairs the whole time unless we had to utilize it. These were all very minor things, we loved the stay and location!
