Room was very nice and clean, and the entire facility is in excellent shape. Our limited interactions with the staff were pleasant.

I didn't like the price, though I realize it is not out of line with other hotels in this area. You'd think for that much parking would be included, but I had to pay extra for that. Lastly, when I pulled the chain to see if there was a dark window shade nothing happened, so we only had the thin one which didn't block the morning sun. The next day, my wife got the shade to work, so I guess it was operator error, but there was something odd about it that gave me a problem.

very comfortable beds. close to many restaurants and shops. close to the Bethesda metro station (5 minute walk). Public parking garage available on that block, which is free on the weekends.

My only complaint is that as a family of four, I would expect more toiletries in the bathroom. only one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner were given for oh two-night stay. I called front desk to ask for housekeeping and more toiletries and although they said they will send someone up, I came back to the hotel room without it being cleaned. For the money paid, I would expect this as a given.

I enjoyed the silence at the property. Bedding was good and coffee maker delivered nice morning drinks. Room was spacious and well furnished. Location of the hotel is excellent.

The staff was invisible. I stayed only two nights but would prefer to see some intermediate service during my stay such as coffee renewed on the second day of my visit, new towels, etc. It looks that no maid service was provided. I did not need much but would be ashamed to invite colleague into my room.

I have been a Hilton member for a long time and have stayed at many Hilton Garden properties. This one is a bit more upscale in keeping with the Bethesda area and its many new hotels. The location is central and walkable to all of the shopping and an abundance of restaraunts in downtown Bethesda. Overall, we had a great stay and it was a great value for the money.

Kyle at the front desk definitely gave the impression that we (and others) were not welcome. He was quite snooty and standoffish. Not a smile or welcoming word was uttered. I feel like someone working in hospitality should be hospitable.

Very nice larger room. We had to work so this is very important as we spend time in the room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was relatively quiet although we could hear our neighbors through the wall near the window side. Someone was swearing loudly next door.

Food quality is so important and the trend for hotels is to have poor 100% carbohydrate or dairy foods for breakfast offerings that area of low quality. Did not eat here at all.

Staff and management very friendly and helpful. Nice value 2 blocks from Bethesda Metro station!

a/c issues — hotel’s system could not keep up with extreme heat and humidity. Entrance / atrium very noisy with workers, vacuuming etc. Breakfast meh. This is a smaller less fancy Garden Inn but the price, location and staff make it worthwhile!

The staff was exceptional. When we needed towels or anything they were quick to get it to your room. Also they are so friendly any questions we had the were more than happy to help us. I can't say anything bad about the hotel it was such a enjoyable trip. We were there to tour D.C. and it was one of the best trips we have taken we came to D.C. to celebrate my son's 10th b-day and we will always remember this trip and we are grateful to every single person from Bethesda to D.C. who made are trip more enjoyable!!

Honestly I can't say we experienced any negativity the only little things would be you pay for parking but your staying in a city and breakfast was not free

The room was clean and comfortable. Location is the best part since is walking distance to bars, restaurants and metro station.

Initially they charged me for parking while I never parked there. After pointing that out they removed the bill.

I liked the room. The microwave and fridge were very convenient and clean. The staff was very pleasant and I slept so comfortably. The lobby was nice and clean and inviting as well. Even the little food shop in the lobby was less expensive than I expected.

The TV wasn’t a smart TV so I wasn’t prepared to not be able to watch my Netflix. I’ll bring my Roku next time.
