Very quiet. Bed was awesome. Great water pressure/shower. Full size fridge and kitchenette with paper towels and dish soap. AC was great especially since you could adjust it as cool as you like. Breakfast was included--always a plus even if it's prepackaged sandwiches. Good location. You can text requests (more towels, trash emptied, etc.) to a number which is very convenient. Check out is 12 noon and that extra hour can really make a difference.

Shower could have been cleaned a bit better. Both light switches in the bedroom did not turn on/off anything. Not a big deal but breakfast is only available until 9am (think 9:30 would be nice).

The Element Arundel Mills BWI Airport was quiet and comfortable. We saw a show at LIVE! and choose to stay overnight instead of driving home. What we did not like is that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they "ran out". So, one of us had to sleep on the pull out sofa which is what I DID NOT want to do. I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise, we liked the hotel a lot. Parking was great, the inside of the hotel was clean and breakfast ( included) was good. Also, our room had a kitchen which is a great amenity. I would stay again, yes.

I was taken away by all the amazing amenities in the lobby / outdoor lounge

Some of the Managers didn’t make me feel like a valued guest. It worked out for my good because of the shuttle bus driver Ms.Michelle and the Chef Saved the whole trip.

This stay the system was down when we got there and had to be escorted to our room every time for the first day but Brittany at the front desk was amazing and never complained or had an attitude about the situation which made kept us at ease about the situation

Rooms are large and not cramped. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is large and shower is always hot and refreshing. Great showerheads I stay here whenever in town. Always consistent quality. This time I didn't use the fridge or microwave; but I do appreciate they're available in the room. The breakfast and coffee station was reduced bc of da Vid, but it was okay (not great as it used to be).

Room smelled horribly like pine sol. It took me more than 2 hours to get used to that smell. Y'all need to get over da Vid, it's here to stay, treatment options are available (ivermectin and HCQ) THAT DO highly reduce chance of hospitalization even for people with compromised immune systems. So bring back the decent hot breakfast bar or reduce your prices to reflect no breakfast included.

The staff made the stay great. And the location was perfect.

The the shower had too much water running on the floor. The lights in the bedroom can we change for touch. There was no bucket to hold ice or get it from.

I loved the shower, and the bed was so comfortable, I wanted to take it home :)

The soundproofing needs to be updated. I felt like I was in an apartment building. I heard everything! Above and beside me a bit frustrating.

I love that they included a smart tv so i was listening to music on the tv The shower is AMAZING.!! Bed is so comfortable

Bed could had been cleaned more it was hair that wasn’t mine in the bed and a few stains that looked like it didn’t come out when washed. Need to pay attention to details like that for future reference.

The staff is friendly at the front desk. At breakfast, the staff “chef” was very attentive and friendly. He asked if we were satisfied with our stay.

the only thing I can stay I didn’t like was the male supervisor that was working at night he was very rude and had a nasty attitude but all if the day time stuff were very Pleasant.
