The woman who checked me in was very polite. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. Every single morning there were fresh towels placed outside my door which was thoughtful and super convenient. The highlight of my visit was the women who takes care of all the breakfast area and food. She was on top of making sure everything was stocked, clean and presentable. She was also super friendly to my children and myself and was very personable and you could tell set a standard and took value in her job and being polite and accommodating. She really made me feel important during my stay.

The beds are full sized and I wish they were a little bigger. Also my double suite could have been cleaned a bit better. There were a couple of stains around the mattresses. Also the downstairs door should be fixed to shut a bit more quietly. It slammed shut all hours of the night and woke me up quite a few times

Breakfast was great! Lots of options for hot foods & they even switched up some of the items day to day. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, location was good - close to food, gas stations, and even a car wash. Soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner were in the bathroom.. along with a hair dryer & small coffee maker. Staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. Plenty of parking (was able to park right in front of my room's window which was great!) even with an event going on in town. AC worked, clean towels, fluffy pillows. Overall, a great hotel for the price!!

The shower was a little confusing but a quick call to the front desk fixed the issue. Other than that - can't say anything was bad about my stay. Will definitely be back next year.

Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled musty. We had to keep the window open for several hours to air it out. I also don't like the fact that the overhead fan in the bathroom is not on a separate electrical circuit. I could not abide the constant noise of the fan while doing my hair and makeup and just generally not using the shower.

We have been coming to this location once or twice a year for the last 10 years. The food has gone down hill. I paid for a double room, and was given a regular room. Told the front desk, she said I got what I reserved. On top of that, the TV didn't work. At least he did bring us another one, after about an hour. Sorry to say, but I think we are going to give another place a try, next trip.

I always liked the hotel. I have stayed here many times. always felt safe here.

Only things I didn’t like about the hotel was the towels were too hard. the pillows are too little and didn’t have full size pillows. They were little square pillows. They need to put bigger and wider trash cans in the rooms. You can barely put trash in the cans and they fill up really quickly. More Vegan options for breakfast for people who are vegan. Other then that the hotel stay was great.

Bed was comfy, bathroom was large, AC worked great, plenty of room for 2-4 people in the double bed rooms.. Breakfast was good and started early (6am).

The shower curtain didn't stay in place and we got water all over the floor. Had shampoo, lotion and bar soap available but no conditioner in the rooms. Can't complain too much though!

The front desk clerk was just as friendly as our last visit (wonderful)! Our room was perfect! The visit, overall, was a pleasant experience. I believe that my fiancé and I will check into this hotel again in the future.

Although I know it is not under the control of the hotel... making a U-turn to get to the hotel. With other drivers speeding along Crain Highway, it was an unsafe challenge to encounter. I'm just happy that it did not conflict with my experience.

As always the stay was great,I have been using this hotel for years now as we attend races at Mir during the season

The room has a terrible odor,as the shampooed the carpets before we came and it wasn't dry so they had the hear on in the room at 90° and it was stinking

Loved handicap shower was large enough and included a shower chair. Very helpful for someone like me who is handicapped.

Air conditioner was off when I first arrived in room making room very hot and humid. The extra humidity made the floor at the door and bathroom very slippery and I almost slipped and fell upon entering because I wasn’t expecting the floor to have such condensation from the room being so humid. The window was also open on a day that was over 90 degrees making the room even hotter. I shut the window and turned on the ac but had to wait 2 hours in the hot room until the AC could cool the room off.

I enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location.

When I arrived and went to my originally assigned room, I noticed the carpeting was compromised. I didn't like that. Fortunately, I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, who was very accommodating and re-assigned me a different room.
