The location, first of all, cannot be beat. If you need to be in the center of Boston and are on a budget. This place is perfect. It's not a luxury experience. But it's safe, quiet and the wifi worked without a problem. The a/c and heating worked, the shower worked great - good water pressure and temperature. If you like no-frills and amazing deals hotel travel, this is a great place to stay.

It was just me traveling, so this wasn't actually an issue. But the room came with a full size bunk bed - and the top bunk felt a little wobbly. Might not be ideal to stay if you'll have people sharing both bunks but if you're just sleeping on the bottom bunk - it's perfect

Check-in/check-out were very straightforward. Kitchen and bathroom were equipped adequately. The location is awesome: next to the Commons, to public transportation, to shops and restaurants... ("Democracy Brewing" next door is highly recommended, great food and IPA).

Although well maintained, the place has a lower standard: carpet detaching from floor, stains on the chairs, holes in walls and doors. The bedframe is not stable, one person moving will be felt by all 4 sleepers. The AC unit is (very) noisy and its performance is barely adequate.

Loved the location, we were in walking distance to everything! The response time of the host was excellent, any concerns I had were addressed immediatly.

I traveled with my 3 adult children and the room had two very comfortable double beds. I would have liked an additional sleep space and while the small couch in the room was sufficient, a full sized or pull-out sofa would have been more comfortable.

Nice size apartment. Huge bathroom. Small coffee maker with coffee was nice. Lots of towels. Portable fan was good for bedroom. I liked that shampoo, bodywash and conditioner was provided.

Little confusing going in for the first time with 3 different codes but easy after that

I really recommend this place. It’s really cleaned and it has everything you need,it’s comfortable and close to the touristic places, also it’s close to some metro stations and restaurants

The only thing that I didn’t like about this hotel is the check in ( it’s too late) and the check out is to early; usually the check in in the hotels are at 3 pm

Excellent price based close to public transportation to both the airport and Fenway Park. The hotel chains in the area were charging more than double for basic accommodations. I was especially surprised to see a fully stocked kitchen available for use (even though I didn't have a need to use it this trip).

I had a bit of worry leading up to the trip that the room wouldn't be suitable due to it being marketed as a "micro-room." Without a traditional lobby and keys, it can be hard to know what to do if things don't go as planned. This, however, turned out to be an unfounded concern.

The room was clean. The building was safe/secure. It is located less than a block from Boston Commons.

Check-out is at 11 a.m. and there is no where on-site to leave your luggage after check out. There is another business around the corner where you can leave your luggage for a small fee.

Great location close to everything. Comfortable beds. Pretty quiet room with the fan & AC running

There was a standalone AC unit for the living room/common area but no AC in the bedroom. Kitchen equipped with a large fridge, big coffee pot and a blender. Very basic cooking equipment available. The hair conditioner dispenser in the bathroom was empty and didn't have a shampoo dispenser (only body wash).

* Shared kitchen hob, washing machine and dryer (not a big deal though)

fantastic location close to metro and downtown, bike sharing very close, park in front of the road.

walls not well isolated, you hear some noise from other guests (normal living noise)
