The grounds are very well kept and the gardens are beautiful. Quiet gardens with only the sound of birds and the fountain. Gardens and sitting areas are around each room. The breakfast is delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Several choices and all very good. Staff is all very accommodating, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are kept very clean as well as the entire property. Fireplace also in the room.

The food was really good. We would have loved to have the option to eat there more than just for breakfast.

Best place we’ve stayed in a long time! The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. The breakfast each morning was the best part of our day with plenty of variety. The afternoon tea and evening cookies were an added bonus. The property was meticulously maintained and we could tell the owners took pride in their establishment. Our room was cleaned daily by the staff in order for each night to be comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough!

It’s charming, comfortable, characterful and luxurious with those extra touches that make it really special. Breakfasts are outstanding, the kitchen, waiting and housekeeping staff were an absolute joy and the bikes available on site are a great bonus. A walk to the Chatham fish market is a must and hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to see the resident seals. The Chatham Squire in town has a great ambience/vibe and the food is good and value for money. Loved it!

The Inn is very nice, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good.

The breakfast location was extremely cold and uncomfortable. There were some maintenance issues which need to be addressed: 1. light outside the room door was inoperative; 2. The toilet float needs to be replaced, causing the water to run continuously; 3. the coffee-maker was inoperative; 4. One electrical outlet adjacent to the bed did not work.

The inn is lovely and in a great location. The staff were very nice and made our stay very comfortable. The inn is small and the rooms are not I the main hide which made it private. The location is perfect.

The one thing was the room smelled a bit like cleaning products. It is hard when there is wall to wall carpet, but I think using more natural products would be better.

Breakfast was great. The only disappointment [minor] was that they never had the corned beef hash for the 3 days we were there. Everything else was so good that I wanted to try it. Also like the cookies left out at night for the guests.

No dislikes at all, but one suggestion...with the humidity in the area I'd strongly suggest the restaurant use salt & pepper grinders in the breakfast room. Regular salt & pepper shakers were often clogged.

The property was amazing! One of my favorite places I have ever stayed. The room was spacious and well decorated. It felt so homey and had a lot of character. The bed was super comfortable!! The breakfast was the best I have had a hotel/bed and breakfast. The library was nice, enjoyed being able to pick a dvd to watch or play a board game. There were so many other little touches at this property that made the stay wonderful! I will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved everything!

Everything. The bed felt like a cloud, the bathtub was so comfortable, the staff was great and the breakfast was SO good. It was a very luxurious stay and I didn't want to leave! They provide everything you may need in the room, and the grounds were so lovely and whimsical, even on off season.

The only thing I could complain about is that the TV was in a cabinet and the doors to said cabinet wouldn't open all the way, making it nearly impossible to watch TV.

The breakfast was amazing, as were the cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice. The use of bikes was a very nice amenity.

Our TV (maybe the internet) didn't work most of our stay. The garden room was a little loud in the mornings with people out in the driveway and people behind us doing work on the inn.

Breakfast choices and service was outstanding. The staff that managed the location took great care to our needs, questions and comfort. We liked the location close to town. Open kitchen and homemade cookies the best!
