LOVED everything about this place! we go to the cape every now and then because I have work here periodically and i bring my family with me. we stayed at a bunch of other local hotels including one with a famous indoor water park. Honestly I wish we had stumbled upon Fairfield Inn much earlier! definitely will only stay here moving forward. First, location: literally can’t beat it! Just a few steps from Cape Cod mall which has a ton of kid and adult friendly attractions. Second: the hotel: the rooms are spacious, extremely clean, the little touches like microwave in the room, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner type way more superior and easier to use than other chain hotels which have much smaller bottles and the ones with dispensers stuck on the wall are harder to use. This place was quiet, breakfast was good, beds amazingly comfortable and clean.

The location of this hotel is great. Its in the middle of everything. My boyfriend and I actually walked over to the Cape Cod Mall to have dinner at Joe's. Downtown Hyannis, where all the summer life lives, is only 10 minutes away. Of course it was off season so there weren't too many places open down there but it was still nice to walk around and we found a great breakfast restaurant over there that just opened up for the season. The hotel stay was overall great. Very quiet in the hallways. They are extremely attentive with the covid guidelines. They do have an indoor pool but limit the amount of guests to go in so the doors are locked and have to be opened by an employee. We went in the pool twice, one time after dinner and once in the AM. We were the only ones in there both times which was great. It's not a huge pool but it was still nice. The room we booked was a King Executive Suite. Perfect size for the two of us and the price wasn't even bad at all for the room we booked. I highly recommended this hotel!

There was nothing to dislike at this hotel.

The staff from Andrew and Crystal and all the others who worked the front desk during our 3 night stay couldn’t have been more groans accommodating. We were here for a funeral, and they made our stay much easier in this difficult time. I applaud your staff. The bathroom facilities were great.

Wedding guests staying here. Left unsupervised children behind in hotel For Saturday night stay. Sunday night Parents stayed downstairs in lobby Children running wild in halls on 2 nd floor

The location is right next to the Cape Cod Mall as well as restaurants. It is also near museums, ferries and the Cape Cod Railroad. The property is well maintained and ample parking space. The room layout is better than other places I have stayed. We plan to visit again and will stay here.

The room was clean, and perfect. The shower was very nice and relaxing. It was the perfect accommodations for my trip.

The toilet in my room ran all night long, keeping me awake.
