Obtaining a digital key via the HHonors app, involved having to contact the front desk, and the HHonors app did not permit smooth transition, when extending a stay but having to change rooms (if a guest is already at the hotel under an expiring reservation, the guest should be able to move to the next room under an extending reservation, without waiting until the earliest check-in time for guests just arriving; as of 2023 June 10, the HHonors app does not appear to allow this flexibility of switching to a different room with an extending reservation from 3rd party booking service, without the guest having to contact the front desk of the hotel; this should be fixed)

What a fun place! Loved the colors, artwork, elevator lobby decor (I took the elevator everywhere so I could see the different designs)! I was worried at first when I entered the building as there were a lot of parties (birthday, bar mitzvah) going on and was fearful that the noise would travel up to my room, but it didn't!

My toilet clogged after just one use (but the staff was great and had it fixed before my return to the room) I got one drink at the bar after dinner and waited and waited and waited to pay...ended up just leaving money on the table, along with an undeserved tip

When we arrived we were greeted by Matt/Jay at the desk - he was super efficient. The room was fine EXCEPT there was no refrigerator in the room; other places we have stayed at have that in the room and it is quite convenient for us. Additionally, the coffee machine in the room did not function - minor inconvenience as Matt at the desk took care of it.

The service in the bar was not good at all on Friday night. We ordered some appetizers and waited about 45 minutes; at that time the people next to us wanted to place a food order and they were told that the kitchen was closed. We then asked is our food order coming out and the bartender went in the back and came out with it immediately - a little cold. When I made the reservation through Priceline - the original advertisement showed a breakfast included. However my printout did not include that extra.I was told I needed a coupon, which I could not get at that time. So I did go back and signed the check and paid for my breakfast as an extra charge.

Standardized room with pool and fitness center. Strong wifi. Lots of restaurants nearby. Shopping mall across the street. Hotel decor is a celebration of 20th century pop culture.

Our room was on the first floor and very near the meeting/conference rooms off the lobby and was perhaps a hospitality suite. It was quite noisy in the mornings prior to 7am as they prepared for and started their meetings just 2 doors down. It was weird. Room had a bizarre emergency exit door to the outside. Light and cold air leaked in around the emergency door. Shower curtain rod was falling down because the screws were ripped out of the wall. Several light bulbs out in the room, so it was dim. The room was an odd arrangement and was very well worn. Housekeeping staff knocked on door prior to 8 am.

The location was perfect to get onto rt 90. The breakfast selection was very good. However the food in the serving trays were not very hot. The coffee was excellent. The staff was very helpful at breakfast. I liked the gym with the variety of equipment. The assistant manager Erik was very helpful in accommodating the booking.com reservation which could not be found in the Hilton system.The

. The same breakfast every day. It was have been good to have been good to change to a different breakfast everyday. We both were not paid our deposit back. We stay at Natick on 23rd August until 29th June. Both our deposit hasn't been paid back to us and went left on the Natcik Hotel on 29th June. We are not happy we want 150 dollars each paid on the 23rd Jube to be paid back to us. Today is 14th July 2022 we still haven't received our deposit back. We need 300 dollars paid back today on the credit card we used to pay Natick hotel.

The electric cords of appliances (hair dryer, coffee makers, and lamps), had disclaimer tags on them, which made it hard to wind up the cords: these disclaimer tags on electric cords and on pillows and mattresses should be removed from all rooms, so electric cords can be wound, to keep them from tangling and causing trips-or-falls.

Easy access, friendly staff, quiet & clean Fun retro style decor

Breakfast didn't start until 7am, 6:30 would have been much better. Also, evening restaurant/bar wasn't open either night. Lunch for the conference was cold cuts sandwiches which I'm not a fan. Wish there was real meat (chicken/steak/tuna) for a salad bar option for conferences. Next time, we're hoping to try something different for the lunch. Service was really great though.

My husband and I love staying here for a wknd to getaway. It's very clean the staff is very helpful just wish they had a rewards point system because I think I wouldve earned atleast 1 or 2 nights free from staying here so often. Love the rms on the 1st fl with the king beds 10 out of 10 will be coming back again

Only down thing is with the rms that aren't used as much the beds are stiff but thats it

i pretty much everything but, I don’t like the way the cleaning lady force me to leave at 11:00 am and it was 11:01 when she knock my door and said I’m all set cause I was in the shower ready to leave and she goes ( what time you’ll leave and I said eleven) and she said yeah it’s eleven you should leave , that’s never happen to me before in that place
