Everything was great. Loved the way the staff was very nice to both of my rotties. Wish all my stays everywhere and anywhere was as great as this one.

You could ads a few things to the breakfast . After a few days there, boring. like fruit instant oatmeal , creme of wheat, i stant grits, Cinnamon rolls., Muffins some regular toast or texas toast . A crock pot full of gravey .Just cereal and bagels not that impressive. But that can be overlooked

Upon arrival of our room, there was a slipper that was under the bed perhaps left behind from the previous customers. This was a turn off and for a Hilton I would've never expected this. Some kind of reimbursement or credit would be appropriate as I have proof/picture. I will escalated to Hilton head office regarding this aswell

I was really blown away by the care and attention to detail at Spark! Everyone on staff I interacted with was so kind and friendly, the room was very comfortable, amenities were great! Would definitely stay here again.

comfort, excellent breakfast. The young man was on top of replacing items at the breakfast station quickly, and always had a smile. At times, he was moving quickly to get things replenished. He was pleasant and kind. He is an asset to your hotel.

In room 252, the sink needs to have the faucet fixed. Very little pressure for the cold water. Bathroom floor was a bit dirty, and the lighting needs to be brighter.

SPARK was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

In our case, we could have used a few more towels, washcloths and toilet tissue, since the cleaning service only comes by every two days. The cleaning service does a nice job when there.

We had reservations. The day we arrived 400,00 people in the surrounding area lost power. There were about 25 kids in the pool when we arrived. The staff was handling the heavy load that was suddenly put on them!!! You cam imagine the job it must have been to feed everyone in the morning!! God knows how it must have been to keep up with all the calls and needs of anxious people. Bravo to the staff!! It could have been a disaster, but you handled it!!! Thank you for making our stay easy amongst your heavy load!!

The room needed more amenities like a clock, ice bucket, coffee pot. The door didn’t have an inside lock like a chain or lever. I did like the plugs on the nightstand easy to plug in devices. The room was very nice. I know the hotel is under renovation so maybe the amenities just haven’t been added.

It was a good location. Staff was friendly. Rooms were large with fridge and micro. Also had in house laundry.

The breakfast was not up to standard. Only cereal, bagels and muffin. No hot food or fruit. Even a basket of bananas and apples would be appreciated.

Everything was in perfect condition, everything was very clean all the way through, from the lobby to our room. Our room smelled very good too.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, we will be staying at Hilton’s from now on.

Breakfast good. Didn’t like the plastic utensils and paper plates. Perhaps a hangover from pandemic restrictions? Still necessary? Some staff were helpful above the call of duty and so pleasant. Some ok but not excellent really. Good parking easy to get around and find things. Nice to have coffee, tea, water available all day. I would stay again. Good value for money. Thank you to all
