We’ve stayed here multiple times. I really like this place. The lady that takes care of the breakfast area is amazing. Super friendly, efficient, helpful, accommodating, above and beyond the attitude of most staff, anywhere.

This time, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. Pop splatters on the a/c heating unit, bits of things on the seat and floor, as if it had only been partially cleaned. That was a disappointment. Also, an outside door did not lock like it should have. A security risk, for sure. I let the front desk know, so hopefully it’s been taken care of.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and warm manner by the front desk clerk, Michelle, which was a pleasant surprise as we don't always get greeted like that in other properties. She upgraded our room for the inconvenience of not having an elevator to the second floor. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was VERY comfortable...kudos to whoever bought the kind of mattress used in this hotel - we find most are like sleeping on a box. We woke up feeling rested from our 11 hour drive the previous day. The breakfast the next morning had a wonderful selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The furniture in the dining area was again very welcoming and cozy - a great start to our day.

Nothing except maybe having an extra blanket available in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very cold due to an issue that I'm sure was unforseen. So when the hot tub was in use sometimes we'd have to wait to get in it didn't effect our trip

The road where we were by was co fusing at first due to not being able to turn left we had to u turn to the hotel and go straight then turn left 2 roads away again we managed just fine this didn't effect our trip to much

Booking.com cancelled my reservation, when I was checking in at midnight after driving 6 hours I was quite annoyed. Booking.com has not reimbursed me for my reservation even though I had to book another reservation and pay again for the same room

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and kept warm.

The way they charge for the rooms. We stayed 2 nights, given a price. However when we checked in, we signed and agreed with the total whichn they gave me when I booked with them. When we brought this charge up on our account with our bank, the charge was higher than we were told. In addition there were 6 charges on our account for extra rooms. We needed to make calls to our bank to get it right. Some of the extra charges dropped off. Except for a one night extra which they said would automatically drop by the next day, which we have yet to see.. I don't feel like they were upfront with us about the extra charges. As well as our vacation was a little stressful needing to be careful of anything else that may show up

We were glad to be able to get this room at the last second. Everything was fine with the hotel and room - EXCEPT we were double charged, which we didn't know about until checking our bank account the next day. When we called to get the double-charge corrected, we were told that the double charge was for "incidentals" and it would eventually be refunded to our account. Good thing we had enough in our account to cover the unexpected extra charge.

I loved that the room was cleaned everyday and towels changed everyday. Also the friendly staff.

Breakfast ends too early. It should end at 10:30 for the guests that may want a lay in

Breakfast was more than I expected and staff was friendly when I asked for a room change. It was loud for me to sleep on the highway side of the hotel and the person at the front desk put me in a room on the parking lot side.

Hallways were stuffy and dated. But I assume that will be improved to match the rest of the hotel eventually.

The room was in good condition and was nice and clean. A big thing you're looking for in a hotel. Staff was friendly and the one weird complaint I went to them about they fixed immediately so that was nice.

Prices. Most things are getting outta control with inflation, but 600 for three nights is pretty crazy. I do understand it's a crazy time of year up in Marquette in finding places to stay, but you feel like you're being taken advantage of.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. As thru-hikers, the shower was GREAT. Lots of water pressure and hot water. The breakfast was wonderful and way above expectations.

The location was a little difficult for us as North Country Trail thru-hikers. We arrived on foot and did not have a car. Since the hotel is on a highway, walking to restaurants and attractions was a little risky.
