Check in was easy, and the hostess/concierge was super nice. I wish that I had gotten her name. The room was comfy and my kids settled in just fine. They had a wheelchair which made a visit from my mom possible. And everything in the area was conveintly located. I felt safe.

Late check in, we got off of the road at 10AM and had to wait til 3PM to get in. We wanted to rest and with kids, it's good to have a place to land quickly. The pillows SUCKED; super flat, well worn and old. No matter how many I stacked, it wasn't enough to sleep well. When I checked out I wasn't given a paper receipt. I was later emailed one, this wasn't explained at all.

I loved how everything looked and it was so sweet that they set out stickers for the convention goers. Breakfast was delicious and the room was nice and comfortable. I had Victoria and a nice other woman help me and ask about my stay the whole time I was there.

Literally morning bad I can say about it. Sure you could hear people from the hallway but it’s a hotel, it’s expected

We did not have breakfast but I do feel that a small breakfast should have been included in the room cost.

There were a couple families that took over the lobby area and their kids were left to run the halls yelling and playing ball in the halls until 10 Pm.

The breakfast choice was not so much compare to some other Hotel we can found in Europe. I would have been nice to offer access to some vegetables as well and especially for people who are not eating meat.

Staff was super friendly, hotel was very clean and in a great location central to shopping, restaurants, and the Suburban Collection Showplace convention center.

The pillows on the bed were not very comfortable because they go flat but puff up on the sides, which is not great for a side-sleeper like me.

I like the location and the cleanliness. The maids were really nice and friendly. Cost wasnt too bad.

The guy working front desk was not very friendly at all. The cost of the room should include breakfast also. Almost every hotel we stay at it is included in the price. I pad the extra when we booked it because it said breakfast is included. The guy at front desk said because we booked it through a third party that it was not included. I explained to him and he didn't want to listen and charged 34 dollars more to our room to eat breakfast

Great room! Very clean facilities, the laundry room was perfect for the point in our trip we were in, we were able to take home clean laundry! Front desk has plenty of quarters for the laundry also. Water got hot quickly, location is close to Walmart etc in case you need to grab anything. Will stay here again.

Buffet breakfast was great. Personal waitress Monday morning so friendly and attentive. Comfy beds. We ended up in a handicapped accessible larger room but had not requested this.

I liked the area , I loved the bedding and the room was clean and cool.

I wasn't afforded the continental breakfast in my stay. I'm not sure why . Any stay should be afforded continental breakfast 🤔

We didn’t have the breakfast because it’s too expensive and there were six of us. It would be very nice since the room cost is pretty high if the breakfast was included.
