We stayed at Home2 in Troy for 9 days. Having the kitchenette was absolutely fantastic. On top of that, we used the grills downstairs and had a group cookout with the other families that were staying with us. Having the comforts of home and the ability to make our own meals saved us a lot of money from Having to eat out. Laundry on site was also a must have and was utilized. Location of the hotel was great. Upscale area near restaurants and fun things to do with the kids. Hotel was very clean, housekeeping took good care of us. Breakfast was adequate with something for everyone. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Great bang for your buck.

Spacious rooms and the kitchen.

Room could have been cleaner. Food was in refrigerator, water in shower didn't drain well due to hair covering drain and when we showered messages were written on mirror and shower doors.

when I checked in the price was $30+ more than what it was supposed to be. I questioned it and he said it was the deposit. when I checked out it was still more than what it was supposed to be when I booked on Booking.com I told her and she said that since I booked in a third party website that is why the price was different and they don't honor that price... after I showed her my email receipt from booking.com she said that she would adjust the price as a one time courtesy but usually wouldn't. be careful and Che k your receipt when you check out. they will charge you more

Very roomy with the small but well-equipped kitchen. Really loved the sitting area. Great for having friends over to hang out. Excellent service with friendly folks giving advice about nearby eateries.

Needed a bit more abundance of tissues for my winter stay. Also a second chair would have been nice. The sofa was lovely but there was only one desk chair. Really nothing much to complain about.

The breakfast was decent. I would’ve liked a flavor option besides plane for the cream cheese. I also would’ve liked the breakfast to run a little longer than it did. For those of us that were there for pleasure aren’t ready to get up and run downstairs before 10. I think it should run to about 10:30.

The length of the breakfast time. Also, my shower began clogging the day before i was to leave. The concession area for snacks are a little lacking. It needs more options and to be fully stocked. It was not. I also would like a foam pillow option. My feather pillow was very thin. I am a small woman and the thicker pillows were too big.

It was very clean and neat. The room was well stocked with all kitchen amenities. The temperature in the room was easy to adjust.

One thing I think you can imrpove on is using regular cotton linens instead of the microfiber sheets. One thing I personally absolutely hate are microfiber sheets. They make you hot and sweaty and are not healthy during sleep. The breakfast opions were scarce.

We had to go get some extra blankets. The blankets were dirty looking and something I really did not want near my body. The green ones.

Nice big rooms with a complete kitchen.

Thermostat was not working in our room it always show an incredibly high temperature while we were freezing in our bed. There was something in the adjacent room (some central HVAC or similar) that turned on every 20 minutes. It was loud and our bed was vibrating too. All of these could be related to this room only, otherwise an ok place.

my issue was they asked us to park by the back door because it would be closer to our room. But nobody had shoveled or salted the back and I fell. When I mentioned it to the man at the front, he said he would take care of it, but then in the morning, when we went to leave to our vehicle, it still had not been done. and our heater in our room never got our room warmer than 59° even though I had turned it all the way up to 75° and left it running while we went to dinner.
